Although room was clean there are somethings that could do me with improvement for the price you pay per night.... -pillows were horrible to sleep on - the shampoo conditioner and soap where a horrible quality and I found to be quite yuck no knowing what was who has had what in there prior. - someone had a bird in there room next door and it was carrying on all night and kept us up... - the tv is extremely small and very poor reception on the tv. - door self locks had to either keep taking key out or use a shoe to keep it open just to duck out the door... - lastly the wrong key code was sent to us for lock box had to call And muck around to just get the key to check in Not a good experience

My family and I stayed in a Twin Room (a double bed and a single bed). Although cosy, it had enough room for the three of us (two adults and a two year old) and was rather quaint. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was a split-system air conditioner in the room. The bathroom was nice, and I was a particular fan of the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the shower. Definitely better than getting the little bottles that never seem to go far enough! The owners were lovely, and all in all I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable room.

For an older Motel, I was quite surprised. Decor good, spotlessly clean & Im particular. Everything you could want, tv, soap, shampoo, conditioner dispenser. Coffee, Tea, sugar, biscuits & even fresh coffee with glass plunger. Couch to relax, table & chairs. Motel is in the heart of Melton, so quiet. I had trouble sleeping, nothing to do with bed or lovely pillows, just out of my own bed. Only thing I was Disappointed in Wi Fi, just would not work properly. David you need an upgrade. I don’t watch telly, just iPad & mobile, so no reception very often, disappointing. Still I would certainly return xxxxxxx

We arrived quite late in the afternoon we had a call to make sure we were near and David greeted us at our car with the key and told which room which was nice. Melton Motor Inn is situated in the Town Centre which very convenient for us - we actually walked to have our dinner on Friday night. Parking is good - away from the street. The rooms were very clean. We had our breakfast with us and had everything provided so we could get organised for our early start.

I was really impressed with my stay at Melton Motor Inn. The room was a good size with great amenities - comfortable bed, good pillows, microwave and crockery. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful- they had the heater already on to warm the room when we arrived and when I needed to sort out some documents they were happy to print them out and scan them back in for me. The location was central with great food within easy distance. Would highly recommend

I love the cosiness and the homeliness of this motel. The staff are so friendly they even ring to double check their notes to make sure you have your room number if arriving late. This little bit of extra service was a surprise. Arriving late and tired to a comfy room makes all the difference. Just in love with this place. A definite to stay again if ever am back this way.

Instant hot shower, very, very comfortable bed, double brick wall so no next door noise, overall, a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend it. PS. A good idea to pre book, as this is a very popular destination.

Very helpful staff. I left a personal item there by mistake and they were very helpful with returning it to me. Bathroom could do with upgrade but is clean and shower pressure is great and bed is comfy and all is clean.

This motel has closed down. It's empty with No Vacany signs. Glad I went there and didn't book via the normal online booking sites. Nothing on their website about being permanently closed either. Yes, no answer on the phone when I caller at 4pm either. Every car park was empty and reception closed. No I am not joking.

I Couldn't get a room because I was black. The attendant demanded a 300 dollar deposit after he told me how people of 'my kind' like to destroy things. Ten minutes later, my Australian girlfriend walked in and got a room no questions asked. We were disgusted by their disgraceful attitude and decided not to stay there.

Fantastic cosy clean rooms. Would highly recommend this amazing place to stay. We are most definitely going back.

We were last here two years ago and while it was adequate it was dark and dingey. Now it is much improved obviously new owners have put a lot of effort in to doing the place up. Lots of new paint and new furnishings makes a big difference. We will come again.

The Melton Motel was a fantasic stay on Saturday night, very clean and tidy room, bed was just rite and had a gr8 sleep. Service was awesome. Will stay again in the future when the time arises. Thank you

stayed there for just under a week. on our 2nd last day there they didnt even bother to make the beds. also the supervisor barged into our room accusing us of smoking in the room...non of us are smokers!!

It's pretty good there clean rooms fairly new setup the bathrooms let it down my shower wasn't very clean but it's in a prime location with everything that you need with in a 5 min walk

The owner and staff are nice, friendly people that make you feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and the shower and toilet are roomy, which is good when you are as large as me.
