I called them and they assigned Mr. Hemanth was my Service Advisor and he asked me to come to the workshop. I visited the workshop and Mr. Hemant made the technician open the engine and tell me what the issues are. The technician is very good at identifying problems. He showed me how the parts should work normally and how they work if their life is over. I was pretty much impressed with the transparency. They took 18 days for the whole repair and given me 1 lakh kms warranty on Engine. Costing was medium and they've send me each and every picture of work that is happening on my car. I don't have to go there everyday to see what is happening. Great Customer Treatment from Hemanth. I really liked the work that was done on my Car. Mileage is good. Pickup is Good. I've visited their workshop. It's a decent place and they are bootstrapped trying to do the next big thing. They built a website, they've doorstep setup, when I've asked why not build a vendor model where they get serviced from other workshops, they said we'll have the quality control and we've to charge an extra 15% from customers. So for the same repair customers will have to pay an extra 15% if we go to others while Metre Per Second does at regular price. I've never seen anyone who thinks from a customer perspective like this. Thumbs up for the same and never compromises on the quality. They tell you every minor repair in the car and it is up to you if you want to get it done or not. I got all the pending repairs done in 4 days and the car is delivered in good condition

I have been searching for getting Over heating issue for my Grand I0 and I have done some research regarding good mechanics. After lot of research I found Metre Per Second based on justdial and google ratings. Their work speaks for them. They are a startup & we should support our city startups. My experience with Metre Per Second was great! Since the roof and bonnet of my car had become dull due to parking it outside, I chose to get the same re-painted. From the time of booking till delivery of my vehicle Mr. Praveen kept in touch with me and throughout the time that my vehicle was at the service station, he provided daily updates. The work done is top-notch and can hardly tell the difference between the original paint on the other parts and the re-paint. Would definitely recommend Metre Per Second to everyone for professional handling of the service.

Whenever you give your car for Service Metre Per Second team will tell you if there are any ongoing issues or pending repairs and it is completely your decision to get the repairs done or not. As their duty they'll tell you and I've never seen anyone not forcing me to get the repairs done. All the workshop force you to get the unnecessary repairs done and charge you twice but Metre Per Second never disappoints you and it is purely your decisions and they'll even tell you which is immediate and which can be done in the next service. can you please look into order number MPSH00250909. i have logged a complain and have not got any reply or resolution to it. The hyderabad branch has taken money from me and have provided incomplete service. They stopped taking my call from the moment my car was delivered. i informed them immediately and sent pictures that the service was done incomplete. but they kept ghosting me and said do whatever you want to do. please someone look into the matter. i would have to log the issue in consumer court if i don’t get a resolution.

My experience with Metre Per Seocnd is amazing. The recent service I had from them was denting and painting of my Car. Their service was smooth right from the moment I booked it. Gave my car for a few specific problems involving shutting off, clutch and electrical. The car was kept for three days, the estimate changed three times and finally I had to shell out 12500... the electrical problem was untouched, the vehicle still shuts down, I have been following them up for bill and receipt, they have not bothered, guarantee and warranty was promised but nothing.

My Baleno has brake issues and the rear tyres are jammed, opted Metre Per Second doorstep inspection and it was liner which got jammed they've opened the rear wheel and recommended to change the liners and get the drum skimming done . I've given approval for the same and car is picked and delivered by evening. Good service. Service charges are only 299

Very pathetic service at doorstep. No proper tool. I have more knowledge then mechanic. He doesn't know how to open air filter and fit it. They know how to ask extra money to open a single bolt.
