I had an issue with my cleaned parka smelling like a dirty feather pillow after the cleaning. It didnt smell like that before. I returned it. It was ready as promised after the 2nd cleaning ...with the same dirty pillow smell. I bought some Woolite and stuffed it in the washing machine. Problem solved. Could have saved 46.00

I brought in a couple items on a Monday and was told they would be ready by Thursday. They were not. They said they'd give me a call when it was done. They did not. It was three weeks before I got a comforter back. 21 cold night and not a word from them.
