Terrible service. I should have read the reviews before I went there. Brought my husband's coat there that was bought in London and was super expensive. They lost the liner to begin with, the coat is just a couple month old and looks really faded as if it went through the wash about 50 times. When asked where the liner went, I was told " there was none" I brought the coat back to show the zipper to which it was attached. They took the coat and told me they will call. 3 weeks later still haven't heard back. When I called I was told that the liner was found. No one even figured it's worth giving me a shout. And as for the color " they didn't feel like they did anything wrong" " sometimes colors just fade" The coat is literally 3 shades lighter now. Don't use this dry cleaner if you want your clothes to stay in good condition. The coat is ruined and Perth did offer nothing. No apologies, no reimbursement, nothing. Terrible service and grumpy and rude employees.

BEAWARE! They will hand you over your garments and charge you without mentioning that they have failed at cleaning it. I should’ve read the reviews before going there, terrible experience!!!! Went back and said that the stain is still there, they took the blazer in for another week and brought it back in the same state. I asked for a refund but then they said that they did clean it and it is not their fault that the stain didn’t comply! I decided not to waste my time and energy, I could see that the discussion is pointless.

Brought my winter coat in to be cleaned last spring and didn't check it until this season. Turned out to be ruined and Perth's did nothing to help resolve the situation because of their rule that all issues must be brought up in 7 days. Though I understand rules are in place for a reason Perth's didn't deny it was their doing to ruin the articles of clothing but rather used the policy to not resolve the situation. Lesson learned and won't be returning for use of their services.

worst dry cleaning serivce in the city. They damaged my 1500$ jacket and not taking full responsiblity. Contacted their head office and they blame that on the jacket manufacture. They will not reimburse or do anything even you try to file a claim. The other dry cleaning serivce just down the road called Best Care Dry Cleaners is way better. avoid this location

If there is a standard time during open hours where the business is closed for employee break/meal it would be appreciated if that were a posted 'temporarily closed' hour. Coming in from out of town to pick up dry cleaning on the only available day to a closed business is exceptionally frustrating.

I cleaned my coats in the summer, Because of believe of Perth's. I did't check them when I picked them up. However, when I opened my coats yesterday, I found that all my winter coats were damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!One star is also too more for Perth's. The Baddest service ever.

Been here twice to get my suit dry cleaned. The second time they lost my strelson dress shirt valued at $100. There's a 50% chance that they will lose your stuff based on my experience. Go at your own risk.

Items were not back on the pick up date and a return trip was required. This seems like a pretty basic piece of their service level agreement. They showed up eventually and were well cleaned and pressed.

Moved to this end of the city and now use this location. The staff have always been friendly and I've never had any issues with my items etc. Drive through is cool but not for me lol

I quit going here because the staff is so GRUMPY. I drive out of my way to use any other Perth’s for a pleasant experience.

They said they would clean my coat and they did. Service was good dropping off and picking up.

The dry cleaning is very poor...anti-counterfeiting mark of my canadagoose is gone...
