Went to return/ exchange the product bought on sale the next day itself. They told us “the policy has changed, you cannot exchange the product”. It is their duty to inform us before purchasing that we won’t be able to return/exchange the product, so that the customer is aware of it before they make the purchase. Horrible attitude as the lady rose her voice against me and kept cutting me off. Displeased and disappointed. Violating right to information brutally. Will make sure word spreads, and people are aware of this.

Very disappointing……bought a leather shoes one year ago…..there was a manufacturing defect in the shoes, I have used the shoes for 8/10 times, when I went to store after some times, the store was under renovation. Later on when I had time to visit the store, that time they says that it’s one year of purchase and they can’t entertain the complaints. I left the shoes at the store and left…..I will never buy any stuff from METRO SHOES in future

When i entered the shop there were 3 of the staff showing no interest of asking or showing anything i have to select it myself and after that they forcefully tells to give us a 5 star review … Sorry to say but i was a regular customer of metro till now but not good

Good collection of foot wear,both male and female.I went there to check something to wear with ethnic wear and got exactly what I wanted.Staff were helpful,price of metro is little more that it should be but ok,quality is good and so as design.

Not even one month of buying chappals it is all chipped and old. Bought it so expensive price. Very disappointing Will never buy from metro again. Hardly 20 days old ☹☹ Plz work on quality if you are selling it for 2500 rs

Worst ever wasted huge amount but the product durability is like a local one, it happens to me many a times, this time I purchased adidas sleepers from metro store , they just broke twice I get them repaired still the same condition

Not even 1 month of buying shoes. it is very costly. color faded. i will never buy from metro ahmedabad again. and i will send this feedback to everyone. please work on quality if you are selling costly.
