My recent experience with Metro Travel was far from satisfactory. I had booked four tickets, including one for my infant, for a long 18-hour flight to Lebanon with my four children. Despite reaching out to Ruba from Metro Travel I wasn’t informed that my infant will not be provided with a bassinet, I found myself in a frustrating situation during the entire flight. Metro Travel failed to inform me and when I boarded the flight, I was shocked to find that no bassinet was provided . This left me in a challenging situation, as I had to carry my infant in my arms for the entire 18-hour flight. This experience was not only inconvenient but also exhausting, especially when traveling with four other children. The lack of communication and the failure to deliver on a confirmed request were major letdowns. I entrusted Metro Travel with my travel plans, and they fell short of fulfilling their commitment, causing unnecessary discomfort for my family. Overall, my experience with Metro Travel was frustrating and disappointing, primarily due to their inability to provide the services they had assured me of. It is essential for travel agencies like Metro Travel to honor their commitments, especially when it involves the comfort and safety of young travelers. I hope my feedback serves as a reminder for them to improve their services and communication in the future. Travelers should be able to rely on the services promised by their chosen travel agency. Metro travel has been informed about my bad experience but has shown no interest in trying to rectify the situation

I have been traveling with Metro Travel for over 12 years and have traveled to over 10 destinations. I would like to commend Rouba in particular for all her help in aiding me and my family in our travels. Rouba has always been one to listen to my questions and concerns and has time after time proven that she has me and my family's best interests in mind. Rouba has recently helped me book a flight this November to see my family and I am grateful for all the help she has been, not only in this trip, but in all my journeys over the years. I highly recommend all travelers to book with Metro Travel if they are looking for a reasonable and friendly travel agency.

The only travel agent I use, best customer care, travel overseas frequently, doesn’t matter what time I message or email any of the staff, could 4am and Will gave a reply with in the hour or first thing in the morning, especially with hanadi! go above and beyond rebooking flights, as my time sometimes needs to be extended or need to come back earlier, can’t stress enough how reliable the staff are!

The promptness and professionalism of Selma is unmatched, and shall not go unnoticed, she stayed until midnight until we finalised the booking, pricing and communication are superb! Hanadi was so lovely and prompt with organizing an emergency flight back home. Cant thank her enough she worked over time until she was able to find a flight home with little notice . It’s rare to find agents who will go above and beyond to ensure the safety of your family. Highly recommend .

Very bad service , Liars , كذبوا علينا بشأن الرحلة حيث قالوا انه لا يوجد مقاعد على طيران الاتحاد لنضطر ان نحجز على الاماراتية مما استدعى دفع مبلغ 700 دولار زيادة وفي اليوم الثاني اكتشفنا انهم كذبوا علينا وطيارة الاتحاد كانت فاضية

Rude , only want your money and if you need assistance of any sort they blame you and say "not my problem". Worst travel agent much better place to take you business to .
