Great work by the Mike Fuller Electric team to address some wiring issues in an older house. Jimmy and Shaun were the expert Fuller Electric trades people on the job. They were polite, friendly, conscientious workers who emphasized health and safety practices. The scope of work included: install new external light fixtures, fix defective old wall plug wiring issues, install 15 and 30 amp plugs, swap out old plugs and switches, careful fishing of new wires through internal and external walls, cutting and repairing of drywall, cutting and sealing of external aluminum siding, and adaptation of several old 4 foot florescent tube lights to accommodate new LED "T8" replacement lighting, while using the existing florescent fixture. That florescent light fixture advice and approach saved us several hundred dollars because we did not need to buy new LED fixtures. They cleaned up any job-related mess. The owner, Mike Fuller, visited the site to discuss progress and address any concerns that we, as new house owners, had. Nice touch. Highly recommended!

Gave a two-hour window, never showed up, did not answer phone for hours. My wife scheduled an appointment to fix the light in our baby's room. They told us we would be the second call of the day and gave us an arrival window of 9-11 am. Since the problem was in the baby's room, we had to move the baby's morning nap to our bedroom in a pack and play. The baby does not particularly like the pack and play, and slept very poorly. We finally got in contact with them just before the baby's second nap time and we politely asked whether they could postpone to 3 pm, to which they said no. Anyone who has had a kid understands how important nap time is and how hard it can be when the baby misses a nap, but Mike Fuller Electric was unwilling to meet their commitment. I know scheduling can be hard, but lacking the ability to schedule is where customer expectation management comes in. Our expectations were completely mismanaged and Mike Fuller Electric refused to meet us halfway.

Over the years we cannot imagine that the electrical work performed by Mike Fuller Electric Ltd. of Ottawa was not reference enough but, we would like to state the following: We could not have asked for better of the work Jim and Shawn did to upgrade our electrical service to 200 amps. Jim and Shawn were professionals all the way. They were efficient, neat and pleasant. The respect they gave our home was as if they were working on their own homes. They enjoyed making me happy and I am grateful to them for allowing me to “supervise and get in their faces” and for sharing their sense of humour. After reviewing the four quotes we collected, we hired Mike Fuller Electric to do a complete rewire of our old house. The primary reason we chose this company was because they patch the many holes they create and they run air scrubbers at all times which greatly reduces the dust. Mike Fuller's team is consistently amazing over the years. I called them several years ago to redo electricity in the basement of my older house. The guys worked hard, they did an incredible job - and believe me, electrically speaking, my basement was a big mess. And they were really nice too, respectful. So obviously I called Mike when it was time to take care of my kitchen. His team came last week. They gave me good advice that saved me some headaches in the future and several hundreds dollars in the present, they did an excellent job and were unfailingly polite even when I was sort of lost and a little undecided. I'm sorry I forgot your names, guys, but I thank you sincerely.

They know their stuff, are thorough, listen, and tell you "you are completely wrong" in the most polite way possible. I had them come in to examine some problems, provide advice, and fix an issue (no power to some outlets and lights). They installed a proper GFI outside to replace my very old and unsafe one Campeau stuck in there when the house was built. I will be reaching out to Mike and his team again next time I have a problem to solve or electrical work to be done. I recommend you call and talk to Mike instead of emailing (this coming from a Millennial).

I am completely satisfied with the work performed. I had two new light fixtures installed as well as some new dimmer switches and another wall switch. All was done with perfection in less than an hour. I was also given some advice on another project that I hope to have this group work on. This is a very responsive company that establishes appointments efficiently and shows up on time. It is difficult to find quality electricians who will do residential work in my city. I emailed Mike Fuller Electric with questions about a job and received a reply within minutes and, over the period of a couple of days, he worked out the scope of the job and provide an estimate. The job was planned within a week of me initially contacting him, between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm. Two electricians, who were both wonderful and knowledgeable, arrived at 10.05 am. The job was done exactly as we had envisaged and we are extremely happy. I could not recommend Mike Fuller Electric more highly.

Damaged my drywall & took months to "repair" it. In the end I had to hire a contractor to repair the damages he did. Then the electrician charged for installing my electric fireplace. He didn't install it. Claimed he didn't know how. Lastly the junior electrician damaged my brand new ceiling by drilling two holes for each pot light he was installing. I had to hire a contractor to repair the ceiling too. So much grief. Not worth it. I'd say avoid this company.

Overall i would give them 5 stars. This was my second experience with them.My hot tub breaker was tripping and remembered Mike and how impressed i was with his work last time . He answer my email within hours and was great in assisting me. Mike Fuller's team did excellent work rewiring my house. It was a major job. Head electrician Glen checked with me at every stage for my preferences, answered all my questions, and made excellent suggestions for replacement lights and switch placement. Great work by the Electricians - Jim and Sean. We have several electrical upgrades/repairs/checks needed on a fixer-upper we recently purchased. The company provided a detailed quote in advance and provided all of the equipment needed. They were done what we thought would be a full day of work by noon. We will be calling them back soon for more upgrades and changes.

We Accidentally cut a ground wire to our garage and within two hours Mike had his crew over to service the line. His crew also provided us with recommendations for where to dig as well as what depth to dig to lay a new ground wire. Mike was courteous, punctual and professional with all of our correspondence. Got a quote from them. Asked me to take pictures of my panel and meter and dend them by email. Quoted me 2000$ more than the average quote to change my panel and plug in an hot tub. Everybody else came to the house and gave me a serious quote.
