Milk Tea Lab is a nice option for boba on El Camino Real. I'm surprised it took me so long to come here, but the boba and customer service is really solid. I definitely like their unique theme and decor. They have beakers, flasks, and test tubes with colorful liquids inside sitting around on their counter to match the name of the store to resemble a lab which is a nice touch. They have a claw game machine inside also. When I went on a weekend it also wasn't really busy which is a plus, but I can see it being busier during after school hours on the weekdays. I ordered the Tiger Milk Tea in a large which costed $6.95. It came with boba already and the cashier was nice and she gave me an option to make the drink dairy free also which is nice. The price is a little high, but I underestimated how enormous the cup turned out being and I barely finished it by myself. You can't really go wrong with a Tiger Milk Tea and they were generous with the brown sugar. When it comes to their drinks they may not do a lot to separate themselves from other boba shops in my opinion, but they still do everything pretty well. With this place being in close proximity from where I live, I'm sure I will probably come back again.

Disappointed. I was excited to try it out because I wanted a local boba shop to go to that's nearby Mesa College. The milk tea lacks flavor -- I specifically order the matcha milk tea. First time around the matcha wasn't well-incorporated, but second visit they straight up got the order wrong. Not a DROP of sweetness, and they gave me ice when I asked for none T__T.... The toppings itself are fine, and the food is decent (I ordered popcorn chicken). Tl;dr, nice staff, decent food, and decent toppings. Just the..... well, milk tea is sad. I've had worse milk teas at least?

Really cool esthetic on the interior, but the drinks really lack flavor. I’ve come here twice now, and the honey they use to flavor the boba overpowers the drinks every time. I have ordered the iced classic milk tea and an iced matcha milk tea with honey boba, and my family tried the honeydew and strawberry iced milk teas, and they’re flavorless. Just iced milk with a lot of honey from the boba. I’m disappointed because this place is really nice and clean, and very hip inside. But it’s the product that matters, and it’s low quality!

I am disappointed with the quality of the taste of the Thai milk tea. This was my first time trying this place and the drink tasted watery. The boba was soft. But the reason why I go to get boba is to have a good tasting drink. Also, I got the small size boba and it was $6.51 for a small. I guess there was a reason why the place was empty on a hot day. I hope they improve the quality of their main product.

It's extremely disappointing because the place seemed so good. I ordered boba with my best friends (who have a five year old) and ordered some bobas and smoothie for the little one. On the ride home my friend was drinking her boba when out came this metal screw!!!! This is a huge thing that's just not acceptable. For your health's sake don't go to this place. They can't tell the different between a bolt and boba. #itsaboltnotaboba

This place is awesome! The drinks are super affordable and delicious. Everything is clean and the employees are nice. I love the whole concept of "experimenting" and chemicals. The mango lover drink is a must and the mango milk tea won't disappoint. I really recommend the chicken popcorn and the fried squid! Loved this place, 100% recommend!

Just visited this place for the first time today and I am in love. The food was lovely and seasoned to perfection. I enjoyed my slush and boba tea so much. I made two separate transactions here, I just couldn't leave without doing so! That was a first for me. Loved the seating here as well. Nice staff! Nice Menu! I will be back again and again.

Had the pomelo honey drink and the popcorn chicken. The pomelo honey drink was nicely sweet and sour with bits of the fruit and peel at the bottom. The bits were chewy and tasty. The honey was the right amount of sweet. The popcorn chicken was spicy, even at the mild level which we got. Really needed the sweet and sour sauce that they provided to balance the white pepper.

This is a really great place to get refreshing drinks! The green teas are delicious and the mango smoothie is a desert in itself. The shop is clean and beautiful, with a real great atmosphere. The owner and employees are hard workers that have been friendly each time I have gone. My daughter loves it there and we will be going back soon!

For those like me who were wondering, they DO have vegan milk alternatives. Sizes are generous, and my classic milk tea with boba and soy milk is delicious!

The bubble teas were delicious! One of the best ones I have tasted. The owner is friendly and gave people free drinks to try out before opening. You must try the mango lover, it’s absolutely delicious! The soft opening is on Saturday Feb 27th. They have a promo “Buy a snack and get a large drink for $1”

It’s a very clean place, very friendly staff, and fairly easy to find parking. I may be obsessed with the Thai Tea, and I love that I can order online and pick it up when I’m in a hurry. Great place, highly recommend!

My daughter absolutely loves this place and the drinks are really good! However, yesterday she dropped her drink and was visibly upset. They actually made her PAY for a new one and it took over 10 minutes for them to make it. Bad customer service.

POSITIVE - Friendly staff, drinks are good, prices reasonable NEGATIVE - Short Hours (Friday Night 8:00PM?) No seating - not even the outside. No Bathrooms for the public They need to step it up if going to compete with all the other BOBA shops.

Best popcorn chicken! The kids kept asking to go back. Prettiest drinks. My youngest tried the Oreo Cloud, Mango Lover, and SpongeBob and loved all 3. The oldest enjoys their different tonics. I'm a big fan of the Mango Green Tea at 1/2 sugar.

Love the curly fries and popcorn chicken. The service is fantastic and they are really helpful. The food and drinks came out super quick. The place is just well put together with a really cool vibe. Found it by chance while picking up dinner.

Friendly service and great milk tea! My husband and I stopped in here the other day - the tea I had was honey roasted and it really came through in the taste, a little nutty, sweet and delicious! I will definitely be coming back!
