I was extremely appalled at what I had witnessed today. I always walk my dogs passed this establishment and have contemplated walking in and purchasing items, however, after today they will not receive my service. I witnessed a man in a suit (may be an employee or owner) kick and boot two little dogs that are clearly part of the establishment because they barked when they saw my dog. I was utterly disgusted when I saw the abuse these two little dogs got from just barking. They are innocent animals that were looking out the window and got excited when they saw another dog...that's normal. If you don't want your dogs to bark in the place that you work, then the answer is simple..don't keep them there, leave them at home. Or better yet, don't own dogs if you don't know how to properly take care and discipline them. Its no wonder I never see any customers walking into this location. The employee must clearly have some anger issues that needs to be resolved.

I took my furry friend, Rashnu, for a stroll around this area, and let me tell you, it's not just the scarecrows that are stiff around here! The owners and other locals seem to have a permanent stick up their you-know-whats. After reading reviews about their terrible treatment of customers and employees, my dog was already giving me side-eye for bringing him here. And then my girlfriend had the audacity to try on something without permission, and they gave her the "eye of the stink." I didn't know eyes could smell bad, but apparently, they can. But the real kicker was when we encountered the local dog-hating man. I swear, his foot has a heat-seeking missile system specifically for little dogs. Needless to say, we won't be walking around this neighborhood again anytime soon. Poor Rashnu deserves better company than this!

I was told that this is a high end fashion store however, that being said I was not met with high fashion service or manners. Quite honestly, Milli should remember that her customer service sells herself and product as one. Without the two together, this woman will fail. From the moment I entered the store, I was treated with a tone similar to a snippy teenager. Waiting to find a moment to exit as I was extremely uncomfortable, eyes of fire were on me and trust me, I was not dressed less than business casual so what the issue was does not concern me. My one-star rating is a stretch. FYI I took my business to Pippa and Prue and it was a lovely experience :)

Worst experience ever!!!!! I'm sure you all saw pretty woman, right? Well ..... I got the chance to experience that feeling shopping there and so humiliated. Not even willing to let me even try on a dress and turned her back to me and walked away. Not one person was in the store. I was looking for a dress for my son's wedding. I would never wish that kind of humiliation on anyone. I would expect an apology from this store. not to mention, my dignity was crushed.

Great store for anything from causal to formal wear. Carla was very helpful in helping me find a dress and accessories, even managed same day alteration so i did not have to drive out to Hamilton twice in a very short time.

Went in hoping to find a non traditional wedding dress, was greeted like Julia Roberts in pretty woman.... Looked at me like I didn't belong. Will never frequent again and will never recommend. " Big mistake"

I love shopping at Milli's - especially when they are having a sale! I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful and ever mindful of my budget.

Milli Fashion For Women is the place to shop! The staff are friendly and helpful. And if buying just a t shirt they wrap it up nicely!
