Megan Stuart and Mint Property Management was highly recommended as an agency that provides a boutique and individual service, which was specifically what we were looking for when we recently purchased our investment property. Having experienced being one of a number of clients at other large agencies, we wanted a more personal approach to managing our 1 bedroom apartment in a small complex. We engaged Mint Property Management as soon as we settled and two weeks later, it was leased with the perfect tenant for our property! We could not be happier with our decision! From our very first phone call, Megan made me feel 100% comfortable with trusting our property to her to manage. The advice that she provided, based on her extensive experience, knowledge of the market and attention to detail was exceptional and tailored to our needs. They are an absolute delight to work with and take care of everything...including paying of bills and correspondence!

Inspected a rental property that Cherelle listed and experienced the most horrible ordeal. Cherelle did bare minimum at the inspection and had to do all the investigating myself. Once applying for the property, I was approved and requested a second inspection to which I received an abusive and accusatory phone call. She refused to make time to give me another inspection and I was told to drive by myself and look up photos online and that putting my application forward was making her look like a ‘fool’, she would approve another tenant and continued to berate me while pushing me to sign. This was few amongst many comments and abusive words. I have never been spoken to so poorly by a ‘professional’ before. I raised this with the director and have barely received any response. My whole experience with this agency was nothing but trouble and I left feeling very upset that they don’t seem to be concerned about speaking to people in such unacceptable and abusive ways.

Megan took on the management of my investment property early this year after a recommendation by a buyers agent that I used. Megan does not miss a beat. I have been blown away by her professionalism, reliability, astuteness and thoroughness in managing my property. I have another rental in NSW that has been badly managed by the agent. The experience with Megan made me realise how positive an experience can be with the right agent. Megan has worked tirelessly to deal with some complex and messy repair issues and has not faulted in finding the best and most cost effective solutions to this. Megan never needs reminding to ensure rent is paid on time, property inspections are done and maintenance is attended to. It is clear Megan has a passion and great care for her work. Megan is a fantastic communicator, responds in a timely manner and always with humour and warmth. I would highly recommend Megan as a property manager to absolutely everyone.

My experience with the team at Mint has been second to none. Since selling my house and moving abroad, I've only rented directly through landlords and I was nervous about dealing with a property management team for my new apartment. I cannot speak more highly of the Megan and Jaan (and even their newest member of the team Catherine) , both have been so responsive and professional. I rented a property as tenant through Mint, and found Megan/Mint to always be fair, firm when required, and great communication. A year or two later when I needed an investment property managed, I only called Megan. She and her team have been fantastic, getting good tenants, assisting me through a range of required services and being really open and transparent with the process. Mint was particularly helpful, when, due to Covid, I had to leave the country in a few days and a range of refurbishments and cleaning was arranged by the team. I remain extremely grateful. I recently had signed a lease in Brunswick with Mint Property management. Unfortunately due to circumstances surrounding employment due to COVID-19 impacts we had to break the lease. Jaan Verma worked tirelessly, was very helpful and informative through out the whole process and managed to get 90% of out money back. A noisy tenant managed by Mint Property Management moved into an apratment above my residence. I reached out direclty to the tenant, but after a month of no improvement I contacted Mint Property Management. There was no response for 2 days, so I reached out again and received a rude response from Megan Stuart indicating she was not interested in assisting. As a property investor myself, I can say I certainly value property managers who take their responsibilities seriously. Would not recommend Mint PM.

She went above and beyond in managing our first tenants, helping us with every single decision on a renovation, and then released the property to fabulous tenants in 4 days. Started off great, then the service really dropped off. Did not return emails and phone calls in the lead up to the lease renewal, then renewed it without letting me know - I didn’t even know how much they had rented it out for… turns out they got my details mixed up with another client so I was completely left out of the loop. Safer to go with someone with more attention to detail.
