Our dream comes true with RESI Body Corporate!!! We first came to RESI after we experienced an appalling service along with a negative relationship with our previous manager BCSG. Since RESI started managing our property, all issues that we experienced have been rectified immediately. Both our Business Development Manager Stephanie and our Manager Kiana are very approachable, honest and amazingly professionals. They are articulate, efficient and always prompt in replying to our emails. Above all they know the industry and have excellent customer service skills along with empathy and understanding towards lot members. They have both gone above and beyond their duties to support us and resolve the issues in a professional manner. Since RESI took over, we slept peacefully without any worries knowing we are in very good hands. Our family and friends are very thrilled that we have finally found such an amazing company. Stephanie, Kiana and Alex are a godsend and we truly and highly recommend RESI to anyone who want a professional and reliable service.

I previously shared a 5 star review after Resi came in and helped us with a building legal battle. However, this year we got an email saying that our manager has resigned effective immediately right when we were closing in on finalising our legal process. We were also told we had not completed many steps that we had completed and blamed for things that wasn’t our role. After we got stuck in this situation, we became a self managed body corporate and were able to change insurance companies which Resi had informed us was not possible. It was evident to see they did not complete the job we were paying them to do.

Alex was incredibly helpful in our transition away from our previous OC manager, assuring us at every step of the way and always available whenever issues with the previous manager popped up. Despite charging lower management fees than our previous manager, their level of service was outstanding and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend giving Alex a call if your considering changing your OC manager. Only regret is not having done it sooner!

Being a property manager means working a lot and closely with Owners Corporations. Since Alex Mirt stepped into his role, this relationship has jumped up to a completely new level. Alex is always so professional and so enthusiastic about what he is doing! Since switching to Resi, it’s been a complete peace of mind knowing that there our property is being managed properly, issues are being followed up, and resolved. I was so impressed that I talked my workmate into organising a switch to Resi for her own property, as we were both unhappy with our previous property managers. We switched to Resi BC after an awful few years with Strata and Resi have been amazing. Not only did they aid us in the process of moving away from Strata, they have provided excellent communication on all body corp admin, immediately got onto organising an AGM, and have saved us around 40% on our insurance. Our Property changed to Resi in 2019 and I have been amazed by the difference. We are now dealing with a professional, honest Body Corp. We have regular correspondence and meetings. Due to them being vigilant they have found over charges and obtained a substantial credit. 100% trust these people, they have us in their best interests and not their own pockets.

Alex was extremely helpful and patient as he explained to me about how Owner's Corporation operated. Even though i had called close to end of business hours, he was very patient and polite in explaining things to me and answering many of my questions. Alex seemed very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend.

To put it quite simply: if you are looking for a Body corporate team that actually listens to every tenant, communicates effectively, is cost effective and works with owners to resolve issues/concerns then I HIGHLY recommend the Resi team. We moved the Body corporate to them and they have only impressed all the owners on our property ever since.

I’m the Chairperson of a property in Essendon that changed from VBCS to Resi. We were fed up with managers constantly changing and the poor service we were getting.
