Its a shame that Google doesn't allow negative stars. These money hungry clinics should be banned from this country. I was in and out of emergency with severe pain and a 7cm endometrioma begging for an appointment with Dr D'Souza recommended by my emergency doctor. Why have you opened a clinic if you don't want people to call you??I called and nobody picked up multiple times, then I emailed the lady at the front desk to give me an appointment and she told me in the email it was available only for February, I told her I would check somewhere else for sooner coz I had a pain like no other and was administered morphine twice a day for it. Later I called them again begging for an appointment and she gloated that now its available for march. I can't comprehend how they can book up until March on the 2nd day of January? A 3 star doctor is booked for 2 months?? Then I had a medical emergency due to the immense pain which made my emergency doctor to book another specialist who gave me an appointment on 9th January seeing my dire condition. Can you comprehend how a person could be hooked to morphine /codine up until their specialist appointment? That was going to be my situation if I hadn't gone to emergency and met the doctor there who gave me a better specialist and understood my risky situation. Mind you, he's a 4.9 star doctor. To anyone looking to book this shop (I refuse to call it clinic) go look elsewhere and get an appointment to meet another well experienced doctor. Don't put your health at risk for this greedy and shameless person. Just read all other reviews mentioning the receptionist. TO THE GOOD FOR NOTHING RECEPTIONIST :- SHAME ON YOU!

I was only with Dr.Mirabelle DeSouza up to around 30 weeks into my pregnancy but I didnt find her new office to be a very pleasant experience. It is combined with 2 other doctors, and the amount of women coming in and out of the waiting room on a regular basis makes it very obvious that the appointments are short (under 10 minutes), and it's more about the numbers than the care you'll receive. Dr. Mirabelle herself is sweet, professional and I'd of loved for her to deliver my baby, but she works out of the office and her team delivers your baby. Her receptionist is also very nice and hardworking, but the voicemail was full when I tried to call on several occasions and it's just too darn busy there for me. I've since switched to a midwife team where I have on call support 24 hours a day and feel much more supported through the remainder of my pregnancy. If you do not mind such a busy atmosphere, this practise is still a good one, it just wasn't for me.

Dr. D'Souza is a great doctor. I have no complaints about her work and bedside manners, absolutely 5 star!! BUT... the main problem with this office is getting through!!! You can never leave a message because their mailbox is always full, nobody picks up the phone, if you have a questions, no help at all, I've been trying to call and cancel my appointment for weeks now and re-schedule a new one, and NO LUCK. Very frustrating. How is it possible, there is no receptionist there to answer the phone?? As good as Dr. D'Souza is, I am willing to change gynecologist without question. Nothing is more frustrating!!! Please do something about your office staff, it just shows you couldnt care less about your patients!!

This office is shared with 2 other OB. And each of them have their own receptionist. Dr.desouza is not my doctor, this is a review of her receptionist. She is just horrible to deal with. My doctor receptionist was busy at least twice when I was there and I had the displeasure of dealing with Dr.desouza's receptionist and both times she was rude. For no reason. I ask if I can leave a posted note for my doctor's receptionist with my new number and her tone was hostile tje other time i just wanted to ask a question. All you get from this woman is attitude and eye rolling like she's annoyed. She just a bit*h

Never seen an office that does not answer phone calls let alone get back to their referrals. The voicemail they claim they check has been full for a week now. Disappointed to see this is how patients are being treated. The receptionist claims she never received the referral but I confirmed with the hospital and it was delivered. Not sure how a receptionist can make diagnoses to advise me that the patient can’t be seen when the treating ER doctor sent the referral for a reason. Will report it to the hospital to make sure corrective action is taken so no one else’s health is sabotaged.

Dr D'souza is herself lovely. However, booking with her and receiving follow up care postpartum was virtually impossible. I have been calling Mondays and Fridays from 9-2 for over three weeks trying to schedule a follow up appointment, and their voicemail is full and they don't take any calls. I would say that it is a neglectful practice to have women postpartum trying to book and not have any means of following up with the doctor that saw them through their pregnancies. I am very disappointed and would not recommend their office based on this alone.

Everyone has their own opinions about her but my opinion is below I love doctor mirabelle Dsouza she's amazing very polite, she cares about her patients so much, shes on point with everything I told her she's definitely amazing I would love to say I would return to her but unfortunately no more babies I would definitely recommend my family and friends to her...keep up the good work...

Great and attentive doctor. The office is a bit frustrating considering they almost never answer the phone and you can't leave a message, most likely because they're either under staffed or over worked. Expect to wait at your appointments, but so far, I'm very pleased with the actual care offered here.

Dr. D’souza is hands down one of the most patient and caring doctors i've known. she delivered my first baby 5 years ago and now i'm back with her for my second.Although i moved out of Toronto i will never switch to another gynecologist. she's the BEST!!

Very sweet Dr. She spends a reasonable amount of time with each patient addressing any questions and concerns. She is easy to talk to and gives great advice. Her clinic is usually very busy, but other than that, I would recommend her as an OB!

Dr. D’Souza was on call the day I went into labour and she dismissed me as soon as I came in as I wasn’t dilated enough to be admitted, however my water had already broken. She dismissed me completely, told me to walk around the hospital

Dr. Desouza is the most amazing Gynaecology ever. She's very understanding and helpful.I have PCOS and she was helping me with giving birth to both of my children. She showed up at the hospital and was very compassionate and careening.

Amazing doctor, made me feel super comfortable! She watched my pregnancy with my first daughter in 2013-2014. She didn't deliver but she still checked up afterwards! I totally recommend her to anyone and everyone! =)
