my items were not treated with Care or respect. I asked the owner to come back and view the way my truck was packed and the damage already done and they would not send anyone. I was told my items were fully insured however they didn't keep their word and with over 20k in damage they paid less than 1600 to offset what was destroyed. After 6 months of trying to get a resolution and fighting just to get call backs from Megan I was told no you can't speak to my boss he doesn't speak to customers and if you don't take the 1600 we will pull out offer and give you 0 for you damage. I paid them to pack most of my house and load my truck and it was the biggest regret of my life. I sent pictures of the way the truck was packed and how furniture was just thrown on top of things and was reassured I had replacement coverage for any damage. When it came time for them to keep their end of the deal they absolutely pushed me off and failed to do right by their customer and promise. At this point a Google review and complaint to the BBB is about all I can do and hope the next family is not dragged through the coals like we were.

We had a great experience with Miracle Movers from the beginning through to the end! Matthew was able to quickly come out to provide a helpful and accurate estimate as well as responsive through email as we had follow up questions and changes to our service. The crew that arrived on moving day (Jason, Corey, and Carlos) were incredible. We could tell they were working as efficiently as they could while being careful with all our things. They were professional and courteous and a pleasure to spend the day with. They were also very understanding when we changed things on them after we saw how the room looked. The process was even smooth through to the next day when their manager Dan came by to tighten one loose screw and make sure we were happy customers. The whole crew went above and beyond for a great value and we would definitely recommend them!

I had to come down from Massachuetts to move my sister and Dad from Charlotte a few weeks ago. It was last minute and I needed a moving company to move their belongs within a few days. Miracle movers were very accommodating and able to meet our schedule. The day of we got a reminder call, then a informing us that the movers arrived. Two men came to the house ready to work. They were very professional and knew actually what they were doing, from packing up the house to loading the truck, transporting across states and un-packing the truck and putting it in storage. (wish I took pictures of how oraginize the store unit packed) You could tell they took pride in their work. I would recommend this company and the two movers we had. Even though I live in another state I definitely would use this company.

When it comes to moving, chose Miracle Movers. Here’s why. Miracle Movers was the only company that came out to do a survey of the household. Their competitors asked me how many boxes I think would complete the move. Miracle Movers gauged that from the site survey. I also needed help packing boxes and Jayson came out to pack and prep for the next day. He and his crew took special care to protect the walls as pictured below. They also took special care to ensure everything was wrapped and protected - 0 damage. They even helped put everything back together in our new home. I still laugh when I tried to help, they took the box out of my hand. I am beyond grateful for Miracle Movers and the experience I had was top notch. I did my research prior to moving as I’ve had bad experiences with movers in the past and Miracle Movers did not disappoint! The service I had them do was load a truck up with all of my stuff from my apartment. Kelly was so responsive, friendly, and transparent it was comforting leading up to the day of my move. The two guys who moved my stuff (Michael & forgot the others name!) were absolute professionals. They cared about my stuff, wrapping it carefully and asking me how I wanted certain things placed/packed. They called me twice that morning to communicate their ETA and arrive a couple minutes early and finished a couple minutes early. I was impressed! 100% recommend.

While moving is not necessarily pleasant, we had terrific experience with Miracle Movers! It began with Matt, our sales representative. He was on time, accurate with his estimated man hours and helpful with suggestions. The day of the move, men came on time, actually a bit early, and hit the ground running. Moving is no fun, but if you have to move, Miracle Movers is AWESOME!!! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all our questions prior to them coming out. They moved all our belongings from a local storage unit into our new built home. They were very careful handling all our items, and nothing was damaged or broken.They were also very helpful in setting up all the furniture that had been taken apart by the out of state movers that loaded our storage unit. Chris and Nick were amazing. Detail oriented and very patient and very professional and kind men. I had a emergency move while working remote and driving around with my laptop. In meetings and all. They took the lead and I didn't have to do anything. They moved me easily into the storage ( which I was in a meeting and could not walk down to show them where it was) they found it by themselves unloaded everything and handed me the key at the end. Your team is a true miracle! If I ever need to move I will be back! Very happy well done!

This company is the BEST! They were so helpful, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole process was incredibly seamless and it was such a relief to have this level of service and assistance that we didn't even realize we needed. They were very accommodating and the very next day had people at our house to pack everything up ever so efficiently. Then the following the day the movers came handled our belongings with great care. This really is the most ideal way to move ever! And the name certainly fits...

They came out for estimate and I called numerous times to follow up and keep them posted. Once we sold our house they had no clue about us and said the sales girl who handled us was on maternity leave because her partner had a baby. So we had to find a sub par mover due to last minute need and the fact that they had no crews available to move us. It was 3 years ago but still bothers to this day how badly they dropped the ball and screwed us. Beware and don’t trust them that’s all I can say!!

From the first call until the move was complete, the team at Miracle Movers were professional, responsive, and careful of our belongings. I recently had a move from these guys. I was skeptical at first, i had heard some bad things. Well I am glad I called. These guys blew me away. They explained how things were running now and how things were done in the past. The Movers showed up on time, came in and got right to work. They were extremely professional but also friendly! Was hesitant to hire someone to move my family because I've heard horror stories. Not the case here, everyone is super nice and caring and you can tell they are all on the same page. Very professional was extremely impressed. I have toolboxes, very heavy furniture and gym equipment that these guys had zero problem moving without any issue at all. Kelly and the team were able to make my very complicated move work. I was hit with 3 closing delays within 5 days, which left my family homeless with all of our belongings trapped in a truck.
