I'm so glad I found this practice. I couldn't speak higher of Dr Prasanthi Purusothaman. As a young woman, I didn't realise the importance of finding a regular and consistent doctor that I trust and can speak openly with. I've never had a problem with seeing different doctors at a walk-in medical centre out of convenience, but I always felt the pressure with the quick "in and out" questions that comes along with that, without really feeling heard. It's also hard when they don't know you and your history. Dr Prasanthi gives me the time of day, and makes me feel really safe in those awkward personal moments. A true professional, with a clear passion for wanting to help her patients get to the bottom of the problems presented to find the right answers. It's weirdly exciting to have a regular GP that knows me and checks in to see how I'm going. I highly recommend Dr Maneesha Ranjan also, as she has the most authentic and caring qualities, with a really refreshing energy that always lights up a room. Now that I've found a place I feel really comfortable going, I've made more of an effort to not ignore all the annoying little health problems that I push to the bottom of my priority list. It's a shame to see negative reviews for the lovely ladies at reception too. They're very busy, but always make an effort, remember my name, and have never been anything but friendly. It wouldn't be an easy job to say the least!

NEVER AGAIN. Poor Service and I will never return. Made an appointment with skin specialist wanting to urgently have a skin check for redness around my nose. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment which was scheduled at 4.30pm in the afternoon. At 2.37pm on the day of the appointment, after a missed call, I recieved a text message saying that the skin specialist is off sick today and to contact reception to reschedule. I contacted reception to reschedule at around 3pm and was told that the skin specialist was sick today and was on a two week holiday after today and I would need to make an appointment following that. The receptionist showed no regret at all after I told her I had been waiting two weeks and wanted an urgent skin redness checked.

Rang on Friday afternoon to book an appointment.Was referred to the practice by an existing patient.When asked if I could wait a fortnight I responded by saying no.The receptionist stated they could not be of any assistance and hung up.She did not take my details if there was any cancellation did not ask what my medical condition was did not allow me to speak to a doctor.Telephone conversation lasted no more than 15 seconds. I have ran my own accountancy practice for over 46 years.If any of my employees spoke to a current or prospective client like she did I know what my reaction would have been. You go out of your way to assist people as much as you possible can and treat them with some respect.

The staff at Miranda Family Practice are highly professional and provide quality, evidence-based care. The Doctor's are kind and show a genuine interest in your health concerns. The Nurse's provide exceptionally professional care. The Receptionist's and Practice Manager are lovely and eager to help, I can get an appointment within the week and if it's urgent, they try their best to squeeze me in. The Practice has implemented strict Infection Control Guidelines during COVID-19 to ensure you remain safe and healthy during visits.

The reception staff are apalling. The rudest staff i've ever had at any medical centre. The condisending manner in which they speak to every patience is disgraceful. I've been screamed at to wear a mask dispite the fact they do not wear one themselve. Complete hypocrisy. Cathy is the worst of the worst staff. If it wasn't the bulk billing for children, I would not go there.

The staff here are totally professional, especially during Covid-19. Both doctors and nurses are professional, knowledgable, kind and provide great medical advice. The receptionists are professional and always go out of their way to help patients. I am always able to see a doctor within a few days, and if it is urgent I can get an appointment on the day.

Miranda Family Practice and their staff including Doctor's, Nurse's, Receptionist's and the Practice Manager are all extremely professional, genuine and eager to help. The staff consists of professionals with extensive clinical expertise, who provide quality care to a high standard and work with you to achieve the best patient outcomes possible.

First experience with Dr John skin cancer doctor. He was very professional and did a great job, very efficient and knows what he is doing. Nurses did a great job also. Very happy with the care I received. Highly recommend for skin check. Thankyou for your work Dr John and team a wonderful job you are doing :)

Miranda Family Practice has cared for my family for the last 9 years. A brilliant team of proactive doctors for the whole family. The treatment room had always been a bonus convenience with beautiful nurses to look after us.

This is the practice my mother went to for many years. As she grew older, I often accompanied her on her visits. The doctors, nurses and front desk were all charming, professional and caring. I can not fault them.
