I decided to increase their stars from 4 to 5 because this has become my fave laundromat. I like their late hours, that I can usually go at the right time and have my pick of machines and there's little crowd. The cleaning staff is wonderful. This place is very clean. There is a washroom but it has a high step to access the toilet, so not accessible but does the trick. They have wi-fi. Most machines work. They have a detergent dispenser. The only thing that I wish they had were automatic doors because the front entrance can be tricky to enter due to the sidewalk being on an awkward slant. It's more of a problem if you are trying to wheel a cart of laundry in or out. But the prices are pretty good, especially for the smaller dryers. It's a little older looking inside but fairly clean. I also feel safe knowing there are cameras inside.

Super clean great cost huge machines and super nice owner. I watched her help a woman who need extra help with which washer would be best for what she was cleaning and where to put the detergent in the machine. Then show her where to buy laundry bags and when she put tye monies into the wrong slot they fixed it right away with no argument and no hesitation I used the large washer for 3 double size comforters and 3 large throw blankets and would srull have room for more and it was a quick wash dryers are large and great price for time will definitely be going back

Excellent drop off laundry service! We have tried so many different places and this is by far the best one in Mississauga. Awesome customer service, communication, and they’re also really good at taking care of clothing. The other laundry places we previously tried shrunk our clothes and also mixed our white clothing with colors and completely ruined the crisp white color, but somehow they managed to reverse that which we’re so thankful for! Also, the clothes smell soo good, we can’t stop smelling them when we wear them! 100% recommended.

I came to this location, as a kid, about 25 years ago. Mostly likely, different owner now. I don't normally go to laundry places. Used their biggest washer there. Little confused with it, so I called their number. They got back to me, within 10 minutes max. Helped me out. Got everything done. I'm happy they have a toilet there for customers. Don't quite understand why there's a step and no roof for the washroom, though.

This location has great staff who are always very helpful. The machines are varied in size and very reasonable price wise. The location and machines are clean and easy to use. We go during off peak times and always get the machines we need without waiting. Great people, great machines .. great experience every time.

I needed to do laundry early in the morning and these guys were open. Friendly staff and spacious. There’s many sizes of machines so if you need to do just a small load, they have a small machine. A big load? They have that accommodation as well. It’s definitely a great location if you’re an early bird.

Machines are always breaking down, and seem to rarely get repaired. Owners are never on site. When something goes wrong, you can call the phone numbers on the wall but, no one will answer... a year or more ago, this was a five star but, with the new ownership, it is continuously going downhill!

Awful place. Owner was very rude and falsely accused me of breaking one of her washing machines. Also, while my clothes were in the washer (and I went to Tim Hortons), someone stole my laundry detergent. Just a terrible experience. Will not be going back here again.

A lot better looking now. Newly renovated floor. Only concern is that the there are more than a few dryers that needs to get fix.

Always clean and quiet! Machines are repaired and maintained regularly. Been visiting this facility for over 12 years.

Always friendly. Very clean at all times. Numbers are posted in a clear spot in case of emergency. THUMBS UP!
