First off all don’t like to give negative reviews . But this has been bothering me. I called so many plumbers to get my 2 vanities done in condo. I was happy to find this company after good reviews and talked to very polite person and agreed to meet on the scheduled day. They came right on time, I was already told what the price would be per vanity I was happy and he did mention there is a charge if later I don’t want job done. I agreed to the service. When arriving the 2 were very professional and when I entered the unit I showed them the vanities. After looking at it he suggested changing the toilet which was not my focus but the vanities were. But that’s fine him making the suggestion. When it came to vanity he tripled the price. I was shocked after I was given the price . After pleading if anything can be done . The price was still crazy after slight reduction I winded up paying service charge had no choice could not afford that that’s why I called them. It was sad only because I was not honoured the price for the job that was to be done but told I can try to find a cheaper person or handyman. All I wanna say they may do great work but Im really about honestly sticking to word.I found a honest plumber with similar price these guys quoted to me earlier. I don’t wanna be negative but I’m very disappointed. Still wish your business success.

I called many plumbers to get a quote to have a kitchen faucet replaced, only to be told I would have to speak to a tech who would have to come to my home, and there would be a $40-50. charge for the assessment fee. If I proceeded, then it would be deducted from my total cost, but if I thought the price was too high and didn't want him to proceed, then I would still have to pay the fee. Especially now with Covid-19 I don't want to have several strangers come into my home, and I also didn't want to pay an assessment fee! So I spoke to Wally and he told me I could send some photos of the job to be done, and then he would give me a quote. Excellent! He quoted me a price, and I told him to come out to do the job. He came the very same day, 1 hour later to do the job. True to his word, he charged me exactly what he quoted me, did a great job in a short amount of time, and the whole process was painless. I will definitely be calling him again for any future work I require.

Walli is amazing. I cannot speak about him highly enough. He came the same evening that I called him, and was so respectful and knowledgeable. I thought I had just a small drain clog, but turned out walli found that the previous owners had tapped and glued over an almost completely eroded pipe! If he hadn’t been so thorough and looked under all the patch work, I am sure I would be dealing with a disgusting burst pipe! Even though this discovery meant a LOT more work, Walli was patient, calm, and determined to fix the problem so that it would be repaired perfectly. He went with me to Lowe’s to get the materials needed, installed a whole new pipe and sink, and cleaned all the water that had drained out. A lovely man and an excellent plumber! We called about a clogged kitchen drain and he took his time to make sure it was properly taken care of. He did not jump to conclusions, but made sure he exhausted the standard solutions (snaking, plunging, etc) before moving on to the pipes themselves. He was respectful, didn't rush his work, wasn't pushy, and explained every step he took. Plus, he even left us with after-care instructions to keep our drains clear in the future. I just want to add that we originally called a different "name-brand" service who made me go through their telephone booking service (like ordering a pizza on the phone...) and then declined our call after 10 minutes! Wally is very easy to connect to and very, very professional. Shokur (technician) was very knowledgeable and professional as well, not to mention very courteous and has a pleasing personality. Although he had to come back to redo the faucet the next day (at no additional cost), he was very efficient in replacing the part that wasn’t working and got it functioning promptly. STOP WASTING TIME! Walli is the only professional you'll need to fix whatever issue you're having. Walli came in on very short notice, on a weekend, and got to work immediately. He gave me an upfront quote and a fair one at that. My kitchen plumbing did not have shut off valves to which he installed in a flash. He repositioned pipes, installed new pipes, went with me to Home Depot to buy whatever we needed, hooked up my dishwasher and drains. He even took the time to teach me a few things along the way too! I called Walli based on the google reviews to fix my bathroom faucet issue . Walli responded quickly, visited on time, took time to listen to me and answer my questions, explaining challenges in fixing the issue. We had a house built in 1939 that had a leaky bathtub faucet and overflow drain. We were worried that existing tub was too old to be repaired. Wally did a great job getting us back in business by surgically fixing our old bathtub by fabricating a part to get the 1930's drain valve to work again. A job I had worried about is now done and we have maintained the infrastructure of our house. Wally and assistant are polite, respectful of your property, and offer good value. They also fixed some minor items like reattaching our BBQ gas connector and tightening faucet handles at no additional charge. We highly recommend their services.

Mr. Walli is an exceptional plumber, who deals with issues in a very professional and a calm manner. We recently experienced a leak in our ceiling and called him at 7:30 PM at night, and he was at our house by 8:00 PM on a long weekend! Waly and his apprentice were helping us out with main drain clogging. They provided detailed service while to be honest I am a bit overwhelmed about the total cost of the whole job tho I paid for it…. It is charged all the way up to an unexpected rate(maybe we are not familiar of the industry rate card as we do not use plumbing service as such ever), and under current economy status of Canada, I am pretty sure that is a huge unplanned deficit to any family. Amazing work! My basement bathtub clogged for days and a bigger name plumbing company came 3 times with no luck. I called Mississauga Plumbing Service, Walli came over within 30 minutes and fixed the issue in 30 seconds, he then spend time to test and making sure everything is working just fine. What he did in 30 seconds saved me a lot of headaches/dollars as I was thinking we might have to break the floor to find out if there is broken pipe somewhere. What I leaned? bigger does not mean better, sometime do have to trust your guts or google review.

Walli and his apprentice did an amazing job not only fixing my broken shower facet but discovering and replacing old corroded piping! He fixed my kitchen sink too and stayed past 5pm to make sure everything was completed to the highest standard! Just want to thank Walli for coming to my house on a Sunday afternoon. He told me when he would show up and he came right on time. Walli did a great job installing two exterior Frost-proof Sillcock valves. From the first call to the completion of the job, Walli was very professional and he made sure the job was completed and done properly. He even had to go to HomeDepot to get a part. Total scam.. had previous work done cost $240. To have the same work done he wants $475 (exact price, as per owners request). When I asked why he said I “make money” and asked how much rent I charge. He was over 2 and a half hours late and claimed I waisted his time for asking for him to honour his previous price. I told him on the phone prior to booking the price I paid before; he should have informed me his price had changed.
