We've had a bad smell coming into our house for a while and after eliminating everything else we identified the issue as coming form our drains. Naji came by the next day and inspected and found our 100 year old clay drains under the house were starting to shift causing water to pool. This was going to be a HUGE job that involved relining all of our drains under the house and all the way out to the street and the removal of some old floor drains. We had them also replace our basement toilet, replace all of our water lines and reroute our furnace drain directly into the new floor drains bypassing the pump system on the furnace that was starting to fail. They also removed a huge section of our cast iron drain and replaced it with PVC with a cleanout giving us flexibility in the future. We'll have them back when we redo our main floor to remove the rest of the cast iron as well as it is over 100 years old. Naji's crew arrived promptly every day, were super nice and polite and answered all of our questions (and we had lots) throughout the multi-day job. The also left the place spick and span, cleaner than before they arrived! Naji's crew was incredible and we'd work with them again in a heartbeat! In fact, we have some commercial work we need to do in our office, and he'll be my first call. Thanks to the entire crew who worked super hard, and did an amazing job!!

So to say the least my experience with Precise Plumbing was impeccable. I don't normally bother writing reviews for companies, it's not really my thing but for this one I just had to. It was a Tuesday in December, a snow storm had just hit and one of our pipes had burst. We have been a client of Precise Plumbing for a while now but have never really encountered an issue of this magnitude. It was 11pm and I was worried no one would be available to help us, but I picked up the phone and gave them a call and with in fifteen minutes Naji (Mr. Precise) was at my front door ready to help. He was not only efficient in the moment but he made sure to follow up with me to ensure everything was properly taken care of and there were no residual issues we had to deal with. Sounds weird to say about a Plumbing Company but I have honestly never felt safer knowing that no matter what the issue i'll be taken great care of. 5 stars all around!!

I recently had the pleasure of having Andrew from Precise Plumbing come to my home and I can confidently say their service was impeccable! Andrew was knowledgeable, efficient, and truly cared about providing the best plumbing service possible. From start to finish, the services and experience that he provided was top-notch. They quoted $65 to come and assess. And then they couldn’t find the issue so they cut the drywall to inspect further. At this time they didn’t say the price to do this was $250 .I believe they found the issue. But it would have been nice if they told us the price before cutting the drywall. They didn’t put back the drywall at first but after asking they did. My finance is not good. So it would have been helpful to advise of the price change of the assessment. Gave a 4 star as they did say of a source of leak ( not sure if it is right or not yet) but definitely on the pricey side . And one star less as they were going to leave without putting back the drywall that was cut but they did after requesting kindly to do so and not advising of the price change. If I didn’t have that money I wouldn’t have been able to pay them

I would highly recommend Precise Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! Recently, I was faced with an issue at my home . I was having a difficult time understanding why our utility bill was quite high last month. I called Precise Plumbing to have someone check our toilets because the water has been running on and off and it was quite annoying throughout the night. I spoke with Naji on the phone and he was able to have someone sent to the house first thing the next day. The employees of Precise Plumbing are very informative and explained to me that the running of the toilets is what had increased the utility bill. Well what can I say..... amazing service and great response time!!! I was in a desperate jamb when I heard a bang in the basement and went down to learn that my whole basement was under water. In a panic I came across Precise Plumbing and thank god for that. I called and they dispatched someone to visit the house within 1 hour. They were able to find the problem by snaking my drains in the basement and removing the clog. I highly recommend this company! I met Michael walking my dogs one day. I asked him if the company repaired catch basins. He came over to take a look once he had finished the other job. Naji came by a few days later to meet with my husband. We made a plan for them to come and do the work. The driveway was dug up, old catch basin removed, pipes scoped, new catch basin and pipes installed and new concrete laid all within 2 days. Very happy with the work, in fact, they are coming back to install a back water valve later this week.

Called Precise Plumbing after two other companies failed to get a shower drain to unclog. They arrived within a couple hours of that phone call. Mathieu was relentless in getting the drain to unclog and he successfully did. Disgusting! We paid $400 for this company to unsuccessfully snake our drain. That same afternoon we contacted Halton Waste who cleared the blockage with no charge. The equipment Precise Plumbing used was painfully inadequate compared to Halton and I can’t believe they still charged us the $400 when they hadn’t fixed the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be telling friends and family the same.

As an FYI, you CANNOT and should not be parked on a main road. This vehicle blocked traffic on Dixie Rd between Bloor Street and Winding Trail. There is street parking available on Winding Trail if you need to park your vehicle to service a customer. Don’t make this mistake again.
