This is the first store front I have been to for this retailer, typically they operate out of trucks that move around. Best experience with 1 on 1 service with the clerk really knew what he was talking about and even proactively suggested the best fitting insoles I have ever had in any shoe. I decided to go with a Canadian manufacturer that is new to the market and am completely satisfied with my purchase. The signage on the rear of the store is not there so it seems like its an empty unit but you be sure they are waiting and ready to help you pick great safety shoes. Will come back next year!

Had exceptional service at the help of Chris at the Hyde park location. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and helpful with the sale of my newly bought bogs safety boots. I was skeptical at first buying a different boot than what I was used to but let me tell you, the BEST decision I made was listening to Chris. These bog boots he recommended exceed my expectations! Warmer, more comfortable and also they were CHEAPER than the ones I was about to buy! I'll be sure to go to Chris at Mr safety shoes for my next work boot purchase!

What a clean and professional store. April was nothing but the best and was able to answer all my questions and provide my feet with saviour and well under 200 dollars. I have bought well over 20 pairs of boots over the years from various locations but April was on the ball and made the experience seamless and will have my business for years to come . Friday I called Oakville store on Hyde Park Gate ask representative to hold two pair safety shoe I called Saturday to ask if they can hold until Sunday Iwent Sunday 12 pm and representative gentleman told me yes two pair they are holding for me I went there and ask for pair they are holding they said only one pair and they don’t know who hold the 2 pair and they said nobody knows who talk to me Sunday 12 pm This is very bad service given by representatives

Christopher helped me this evening and I couldn't say enough good things about the fantastic customer service I received. I came in after 6pm and the store had 2 other customers trying on boots. Christopher busy as he was took the time to greet me and let me know he would be with me as soon as possible. It was truly amazing watching him help multiple customers at a time and provide top notch service. This guy needs a raise. Keep up the great work.

I couldn’t tell you his name, but I was helped by a/the store manager. I was impressed by the stock available for large boots (size 15). Was sold a pair a quality shoe laces that will outlast the boots, and wasn’t in the store longer than 15 minutes. Just saying, Ive wasted hours looking at Marks WW, so this shopping experience really impressed me. Ill be back next time I need boots, 100%!

I fit a safety shoe just this morning in oakville hyde park and ask if they are running a discount currently, and the response was, "why would i give you a discount" I was flabbergasted by the negative response. The management should train their staffs about costumer service and values when dealing with costumer.He could easily said, "sorry we don't".

Nice store with a great selection of CSA approved shoes and boots. Katherine displayed excellent customer service skills. She was very kind, helpful and patient, letting me try on a wide variety of CSA boots as it was my first pair. Very helpful, had all the information I needed. I got my first (and hopefully only) trade job in landscaping where not only did I need steel toe boots in my very very tiny shoe size, but also additional pieces like weather appropriate clothing etc. They had everything and were so helpful, I was very happy with my purchases

I needed new work boots. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable about products they offered and was able to narrow down the best boot to fit the criteria I laid out. Over 3 months later I'm still happy with my purchase. The selection was decent for work boots and they had several other kinds of footwear.

I came in there looking for a good pair of outdoor work boots as I can not find a good selection anywhere else. Jen was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She measured both my feet ensuring I had the proper fit. There needs to be more Jens out there-I would give 6 stars if I could.

Staff are always helpful, and most are knowledgeable about the shoes youre looking to buy. Prices seem fair, and they usually have the size you want, but covid supply chain issues doesn't help. Only complaint would be that not enough boots are available in half sizes, like 10.5 or 11.5.

I went there to buy a specific model of Reebok safety shoes. The Footwear consultant name, Tabitha helped me out to find that particular shoes. Excellent customer service. She also suggested couple of other products like earplugs, safety vests and many more which was very helpful.
