The staff are really unhelpful not like before we always shop from this store but today .......me and my daughter was waiting 15 min looking for different size and no one help us and they weren’t busy and we called one gild she ignored us 3 times even my daughter 6 years old notice that and she asked me to go to different store hopefully the management do some action The time was Saturday at 1:45-2:05 pm July/27 /2019 Thanks

Staff is very friendly efficient and helpful, however their discount rates are less than DSW; their sister business. I was directed to them from DSW as they didn’t have the shoe size I was looking for. DSW staff told me I will get same 30% off, however I was only offered 20%, informing on some products their discount rate is not the same.

Horrible experience at this store!! Was made to wait for 45 mins for the staff to check and confirm that the shoe size for my daughter was not available at the store or online. On questioning, the Manager's excuse was that the staff is only 4 days old, but didn't have an answer on why proper training was not provided..

Went there to buy a baseball hat, their website claims that they carry, “ LIDS SPORTS FAN GEAR” in store and online. In the store there were no hats or signs claiming to sell hats at all. After driving 20 minutes and wasting my time, i will not be returning.

WooT there's shoes They keep track of what you've spent, I've been giving points to my mum's account, they let her stack 30 bucks off with some 20% from her membership rewards and the sale, dropped 80 bucks off the price.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I just walked into the store....NO ONE to be found. I was in there for just under 10 mins. As i was leaving a lady said hello....what NOW you want my business...DONT THINK SO

Good variety of models from different companies, prices are competitive and cover all ranges, but I wish there are more employees to help customers as mostly it's a self service while selecting

Terrific selection of men's boots, athletic footwear and shoes in sizes 13 & 14 and ladies boots, walking shoes and shoes in size 5. Thank you for the consistent exceptional customer service.

If you return defective foot wear be prepared to pay more if the replacement footwear is the same style but different model. I recommend you look elsewhere we're Footwear.

I still find the selection for men is slim and over priced. Women have a much better choice and experience. It is a woman's world after all. Right?
