If you want fresh, healthy and delicious meals, then Mitch’s Meals is the go. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years and the time and money saved from having to buy, cook, clean, is a no brainer. Notwithstanding the time and $ savings, the food is ridiculously delicious. I can’t believe the quality, the meals are arguably better than restaurant quality. They are on myfitnesspal which makes it easy to track calories when exercising. There is a huge range of different ones to choose from and they only take 2 mins to cook in the microwave.

Great fresh meals with a big serving of protein. Easily the most protein given of these type of meal, equal to when you select ‘extra protein’ elsewhere. Love the new Japanese fried rice with beef and continued to be surprised on how tender the meats are even reheated. Highly recommend.
