Disappointed with the lack of commutation received from Moanes real estate regarding a rental property they had advertised on multiple real estate sites, all advertised for an inspection at 1pm on a Sunday.. as my partner and I were interested we phoned the agent and confirmed we would like to attend and even left our contact details with them, all was well. Arrived at the property prior to 1pm and waited for 45 minutes alongside others wanting to inspect the property with no agent arrive at all. Ourselves and others phoned and left messages to confirm it was still going ahead as it was still advertised online the whole time...only to receive a call back that night at 7pm from the agent questioning the missed call and then advising the property was already leased. No apologies for wasting our time or the lack of communication.

I had the 'pleasure' of meeting Patrick at a home inspection recently. As a FHB, it was incredible to see his insistence for us to make a written offer just 15mins after inspection on a Sunday afternoon without even looking at the title and getting it reviewed by a Conveyancer. He was quite reluctant to share a copy of the contract unless he was very sure we would make an offer. I got a follow up call after two hours to know what my offer is. He was also very interested to know how much money we were borrowing from the bank to secure our loan. I wish Mr Patrick all the best in finding a buyer given his 'extreme enthusiasm'!
