We established a great rapport with him, which helped create a great experience. We met him in January to get to know him a little and tell him how we planned to sell our condo and purchase a single-family home. Devin did a fantastic job working with us in selling our property for a fair price. The condo market has not been great the past few years (we had other realtors turn us down because they didn't feel the sale would be "worth it"), but Devin took us on, and we sold our place in FIVE DAYS! We had many viewings, much more than any of us anticipated. Devin took the time to figure out staging the condo with us, and Carter took excellent pictures for the listing. When it comes to the buying part of our journey, Devin was always there for us and was responsive to all our requests, which was terrific. There was one week when Devin and his co-worker Korey, who is also fantastic and knowledgeable, did almost 5 - 6 viewings a night. Between the two men, our buying experience was good. There were days when I would be so mentally exhausted, and both reassured us that we'd find the right house. They were never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting their time, which meant a lot to me. We finally found our house last month, and the process was smooth. The administration staff at Mogul did an excellent job making sure all the 'I's' were dotted and 'T's' were crossed. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish, and I recommend Devin and Korey to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.

Others wanted contracts before doing anything or even knowing what we were serious about. · I would recommend him very highly and I feel you won't be disappointed in his negotiation skills, follow up and work he puts into the client needs. I certainly would use him again if we were looking for another place.
