Waited 30 seconds or so then this guy (assuming the owner) came out from the back... as the shopfront was empty and told me sorry no dogs in here and didn't even let me speak.. I had my baby puppy with me (on leash ... clean pup) and he didn't even say good morning... hello... nothing ...it was just rude and could have been handled In a much nicer way! I respect people's choices but I don't respect being treated like that. There's probably a reason why hes advertising for staff and doesn't seem to have any. It's not what was said, it's HOW it was said. RUDE.

Disappointing service and attitude towards customers. Had put my order over the phone. When went to collect it, it was not ready. On asking when it will be ready, told me in couple of minutes. After few minutes, when I asked, is it ready? they said couple of minutes. I could see they had not even started to prepare the food. I told them I had put my order over the phone and was disappointed it is not ready and also asked for my money back. One of the senior person did not take it well and started arguing in loud voice. Not going back again.

It's my favourite Lebanese bakery, even though I have moved away from the area, I come back here whenever I can. Owners/operators are a family who have lifted the quality and standards of good food in the area and obviously love their work. It is beautiful to see.

I travel all the way from Regents Park to have their manoosh. I am a fussy drinker and they make the best coffee in Syd. Service is excellent and you are always greeted with a smile by the whole family. Fast service
