Note: This business has changed ownership since my last poor review. I have not used their service, but it can only be an improvement. Disregard my previous review. Cleaning was done well, service was poor. Took over a week to get my items back, shop closed due to hot weather. When you run a service business you have to provide the service, and "hot weather" doesn't excuse bad service. Sure it was hot, but other businesses in the street stayed open and functioned normally. If you close, at least post a timetable and/or a contact number to arrange collection of goods. This service was unreliable, I won't use it again.

We have been using Neat N Clean for a few months now, to help us provide all the linen for our weekender property, Willows in Warburton. The service and standards of care have been absolutely impeccable. There's nothing quite like crisp, clean, precisely ironed linen to greet our guests for their mini-breaks. Reasonably-priced and highly recommended.

Michael always does a first class job, but this time he has surpassed himself. My favourite turquoise winter coat had red wine spilled down one side (not by me), was checked in for dry cleaning the next morning and a few days later came home like new. I'm so thankful …

Excellent service and friendly staff. I won't go anywhere else for my clothes to be cleaned. My wedding dress was cleaner than the day I wore it on my wedding day. I would recommend them for any cleaning job.
