The front security guard today 11/21/2023, at 11:30p.m, I was treated like a criminal he made take my jacket to search my purse all he was missing was to surch my body , me I felt imbarresed very angry , I've never been treated like this in my life and he made me pass true the mettle ditector twice I would love to speak to his boss this is very uncomfortable, who ever is encharge of the securityguard this is a emergency room not a court room, that was very disrespectful .

I grew up by this hospital but never had to come in for myself. I came in for my son today and the staff is wonderful. My experience was wonderful. I didn’t know how long I would be here because the ER is unpredictable, since anything can happen to anyone, at any time. I am grateful that I was here for about two to three hours. They were caring and made sure to communicate. I would recommend it. I pray others have an easy and wonder experience, as well.

I am at the Montefiore Westchester campus for the second time in a week. I have to say this is the best emergency room ever! They are fast, thoughtful, quiet, clean, and right to the point. no long waits for anything. They are everything you want in an emergency room. I want to tell people about this hospital, but that might mess it up, so..forget everything I said... don't come here. You will hate it...NO. THEY ARE THE BEST, really. THANK YOU, GUYS.

My experience there was very good , I think it all depends on the nurses and doctor who you get. I was lucky to get really helpful nurse and doctor. They treat me with respect and help me to feel better. I am so thankful to them. May God bless all the doctors and nurses they are doing a great job. The wait was not long at all, the place was clean and staff were friendly.

Waste of government money Front desk is very unprofessional. We were called twice at the desk to register, no fault was ours. She wasn’t apologetic for calling us twice.moreover She gave us look like it was our fault she called us twice. We have arrived by ambulance and, doc saw in after 1 hour of arrival. Even though it’s not that busy.

My brother was there yesterday. No diagnosis. And the care was digusting. And they are also incompetent and left his IV in. He was in so much pain and didn't realize until he got home and took his jacket off. I would give a 0 if I could. STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Would never recommend this hell hole to anyone.

Ambulance took my husband there, I wasn’t happy. There is a very nice doctor, he was so helpful and caring. Unfortunately I don’t his name. Now a days you don’t find good doctors like him. He had made me feel so much better. Off course my husband got very good care.

Waited 4 hours because there was little to no staff and only 1 Doctor. Instead of shutting the E.R. down, they made 12 people that needed medical attention to wait long periods of time. We sadly had to call 311. Many patients either left or complained.

The doctors and staff have little to no patience and are very rude. I went there at 10:40pm and left at 2:35am so the wait was long and did not get good costumer service. On top on that they’re ALWAYS understaffed. Don’t go to the E.R. here.

I have no complaints, Dr and Staff were attentive, informative, was not there for more than 2 hours. I recommend this hospital. I gave them 5 stars …
