I became a patient 2 years ago, after a work colleague recommended this surgery to me. I've been really happy with all the GPs and personnel I've dealt with throughout the years. Dr. Cooke, Dr. Chan, Dr. Fox, Dr. Hunter... They all have been professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Dr. Rebecca Chan sees my little baby. When I have questions, she doesn't beat around the bushes, nor hands me over a bunch of panflets; instead, she listens to our specific needs, and provides clear and actionable advice. The surgery has adapted really well to the current covid reality. They have hand sanitizer available upon entry and had made it very easy to socially distance once inside. Practitioners started wearing masks also.

After living in Sydney for 10+ years, I’m confident to say that Montrose is the best clinic I’ve been to! My only go-to clinic since last year. It’s a very peaceful place. Very professional, organised, and appointment process is convenient. But most importantly, the care that I’ve received here is top-notch. Dr Hunter is very kind, genuine, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I trust his medical advices as it has been very helpful. Highly recommended. It’s also a bonus that the clinic has a very beautiful garden at the front - such a calming place to chill before your appointment!

Dr Catherine has been our family's secret .. until now. She is one of the kindest people, and sincerely cares. I didn't want to post anything publicly case it becomes harder to book in with her, but I think Catherine deserves an accolade. There is a reason why she's the hardest doctor to book in with. Because most people will wait to see a GP they can really trust, is wise, empathic and who works hard to improve your health. I just hope she never leaves. Mum says she can't wait to have a problem again to go see Catherine!

Hands down the best medical centre Ive ever been to. Dr Tuon and his staff are really caring and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough for adults and kids and this review is just a tiny way of me saying thanks to all the care they gave us. Dr Tuon always took the time to explain to me in detail what was happening with my kids when they were sick. I was so lucky to have someone who could help me understand what was going on. I have been seeing Max Visca for over 3 years. Firstly it was to keep injury free for my first ultra running event. Since then he has kept not only my body but also my mind in great shape. Max has a wonderful holistic approach to overall wellbeing. I followed him to Montrose, which has a good approach to health. All the family now see GPs working in the practice. We love Dr Catherine and Dr Hunter, great doctors that connected well with our children.

I was recommended Dr Catherine Choi by my colleagues originally. She looked after us for a year and was amazing. Then she left and we were all so disappointed. Luckily we found her here and now travel to in her new clinic here. She is really a rare GP who can’t be replaced. My health has been so much better in her hands. Very thankful. I respect her kindness and intelligence and she listens with an open mind. I like the garden at this new clinic.

I have seen Hunter Tuon, James Ibrahim, Heather Whitson, Naomi Tan, Mae Su and the service is consistent and always the best. They actually care about your well being and are extremely thorough in their assessment. I have never been disappointed or felt rushed in and out like you do with many other practices. Hunter is the best and is my preference. Always so friendly, polite and empathetic. Cannot recommend these doctors enough.

Dr Hunter, Dr May and Dr Rebecca are all incredible GPs and after spending 2 weeks at the practice as a student, I can see why it is rated 5 stars! They are extremely skilled and most importantly have amazing rapport with their patients as they actually spend the time to let you speak and get to know your situation holistically. All the other staff including reception are extremely nice which is a rare find in GPs.

The doctors I've seen here are knowledgeable, they generally run on time and the waiting rooms are nice. Unfortunately I don't think it's worth the price. You still feel rushed and the overall service isn't that much better than other nearby GPs. They also don't bulk bill for babies, so the cost of being a dedicated patient skyrockets if you factor in all the required vaccinations and checkups.

Doctors and medical staff are fantastic - as an earlier reviewer said, the business is let down by the front of house team. Come across as indifferent and hardly seem prepared or willing to offer solutions. If you enjoy your job, best to communicate that in the way you speak with clientele. Disappointing to have one bung cog in the machine of an awesome practice.

A very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr Frances Chen, who I consulted for my 8 month son. She was very attentive in listening to my concerns, and methodical and knowledgable in her advice/management plan. She was also very friendly and approachable. I feel reassured and confident that my son is well looked after with Dr Chen.

I can’t recommend Emily Leys highly enough! She’s my go-to physio for any sporting injuries/niggles. The quality of Emily’s treatment always leaves me feeling much better than I walked in, and she is clear in providing a rehab program and prevention for injury in the future.

Dr Catherine is a gem. Best GP I’ve had, super knowledgeable, caring and all round lovely person. I live nowhere close to the practise but have no issues travelling to see her. Not a bulk billing practise but happy to pay because service and professionalism is like no other

Very friendly and professional staff. It's great for students with a great discount. Medicare rebate on the spot as well makes for a very cheap and quick visit. Is now my local GP, also great for kids with toys and a playground in the waiting area

Dr James Ibrahim was attentive, understanding and astute in his consultation. The 30 minute delay was nullified by a GP who actually cared about my wellbeing. Certainly a standout from standard shopping centre GPs handing out sick certificates.

I've been coming to Montrose Medical Practice for a couple of years now and all practitioners I've met here were always friendly and helpful. I'm not planning to change this practice anytime soon. They are great!

It was my first visit to this clinic. I’m glad I consulted with Dr. Phoebe Lovett. She’s professionnel, patient and caregiving. The environment was clean, quiet and relaxing.
