The general pricing is reasonable. However, during my last visit, I had to repair my thermostat housing which was causing leaking coolant. The OEM part was replaced with an aluminium piece but it cracked within one year and a half. I am out $400 with the leaking coolant becoming worse. When I called to enquire about warranty information, I was met with defensiveness. To quote, "what do you want me to do about it". Eventually Vince agreed to look into the warranty but I was left disappointed with the attitude and decided that I would not bring my car back regardless.

Vince has worked on my car on two occasions now and in both instances i have been really impressed with his friendly manner, professionalism and workmanship. My most recent car service, Vince went out of his way to explain each area of my car he serviced, showed me all the discarded parts which required replacing and provided some great advice! This level of professionalism and customer service is really comforting and i know i am getting value for money from Vince! Highly recommend Vince to anyone looking to get their car serviced, repaired or checked.

I called Moonee Valley Auto Repairs in order to get an indication of how much it would cost to get my a/c and broken condenser fixed. Vince went above and beyond by providing me with an honest recommendation for my a/c repair, even though it meant sending me to another mechanic. Vince is a great fella, very helpful, informative and most important of all, knows his stuff. I was able to get VF Commodore car into his shop promptly, the problem was quickly detected and resolved same day... and his rates are extremely competitive. So I was a happy chap all-round. Will certainly be sending more work Vince's way...... and if you live in the Moonee Ponds and/or Ascot Vale area, so should you! Highly recommended.

Took my car a Nissan XTrail to Moonee Valley Auto Repairs after being disappointed by the Nissan dealership I used since I bought the car. Vince was able to talk through all the issues and suggested solutions at a very fair price compared to the other quotes I had including the Nissan dealership. It’s been a week and the car is running better than ever! I will be using Moonee Valley henceforth.

Recently had my car serviced here. The owner is a very nice guy, who was able to fit me in the same week, which was great. My car has been running great since the service. Overall, I'm happy I took my car here over the dealership, not just because of the service but also the reasonable price.
