we embarked over to Moreton island for classic bucks weekend. We found the native wildlife simply fascinating to watch and enjoy. The sand was clean and white, and the ocean was crystal clear and gorgeous blues. it did get a little but blowy while we were there but hey mother nature's going to do what mother nature's going to do.

Such a beautiful island and hands down one of the best places in Australia for whale watching. We saw so many whales and all possible behaviours they could display. It’s quite a large island so we a day trip definitely wasn’t enough. Lots of hidden gems! Would recommend highly!

Beautiful sand island on Morten Bay. I love the shipwrecks, this has created a wonderful breakwall and encouraged many fish to hangout here. There is an pub and a few shops further down the beach. Crystal blue water, golden sand, what more could you ask for.

Such a beautiful island! Beautiful beaches and absolutely stunning water and wildlife. Went snorkelling round the wrecks and saw such a diverse range of fish, turtles and dolphins. We were also very lucky to see the rare Sea cows, Dugong.

Such a beautiful place to explore. One of the biggest sandy islands in the world. Not many words can express the experience here. I will just leave some photos and videos. From sand dunes to desert, you will love this amazing nature.

We stayed on the island for 5 nights. During our time on the island we had alot of rainy days so we got to see most of the island. You could really see/do most of the island in 2-3 days, depending on what kind

Fantastic National Park, great for camping with the kids. Relax with nature and unwind, explore the Island from Honeymoon Bay to Kooringal (Have a burger at the Gutter Bar) and well all the history in between.

This is Queensland's well kept secret, if you mention Moreton Island to anyone most people say where is that or .. This is a place you just need to see with your own eyes I sat on the beach one

One of the most memorable day trip in Queensland. We had a chance to see turtle and sea pig!? if i remembered correctly what they're called. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the island.

Our family go to place, safe for the kids to swim and play. Not much to do on the island but RELAX. The sunset on the western side of the island is a beautiful. We stayed @ bulwer

A very beautiful part of the world. The western beach is a dazzling display of colours. I would love to see a dedicated walking track to follow the middle road.

I come back here at least once a year. It's a great place for adventure and chilling out. So peaceful and relaxing, yet action packed if you like exploring.

Absolutely beautiful. The landscape of native plants flowering and turquoise blue water in autumn sets of the true beauty of this place.
