One of best Realestate agents. I was recommended Mosses by a friend of mine Gurpreet Singh from Brisbane. An agent who not only lies to your face about their being other higher offers but will give you an “Acknowledgement of Multiple Offers” form to sign even though there are no other offers. There are penalties for doing this but many agents take the risk knowing that people are not going to waste their time chasing it, just to get the price the seller wants and to get a bigger commission.
