Very very “and Very” rude ladies. Bought a birthday present for my wife from these ladies and she had to go back to change the next day as it didn’t fit. Buying shoes and returning should not be such an unpleasant experience. People! Please avoid this store if you want keep your dignity intact when buying shoes!!! It’s just shoes people! Please buy them from where you will be treated nicely! As how it should be in this industry... Sellers who treat people rude, disrespectful and intolerant should not do this job! Thanks for reading this review and spread the word, there are so many other similar reviews in google for this store saying how rude they are too... so guys you decide how you would like to be treated...

My wife had to return a pair of boots bought in the city so returned them to our local store in Southland...the lady that served us could not have been more helpful. Absolutely fantastic customer service and a totally positive experience. Could not recommend the Southland store highly enough. The fabulous assistant was Sonia D.

I found staff to be friendly and attentive. Got a couple of great bargains on quality, wide-fitting shoes, which are hard to find. Very glad I walked in there.
