Horrible service! Cashier accidently cancelled my transaction on their software system, the cost of the purchase was approved on their payment device and the transaction SMS was received - the cashier refused to provide the items purchased and refused to refund the payment made - 20 mins of my and my family's time wasted - no reciept was provided and the slip indicates that the cashier cancelled the transaction after the payment was received - I was instructed to wait for their head office to reimburse me and I'll only be able to confirm this has been done by waiting for a SMS - I have no proof that they didn't provide the items I paid for or that I wasn't reimbursed - the cashier refused show any accountability or empathy for any error made or inconvenience caused - In summary the cashier caused me great distress and inconvenience and if I'm not reimbursed I'll be further inconvenienced both Mr Price staff (TableBay) and the software used for Mr Price POS system - a horrible review from me and negative sentiment will be brought up for every mention of Mr Price.

Mr Price Table Bay mall, closes at 7. There was loadshedding at most shops were closed. Power came back on after 6 and they did not open their doors. When customers started knocking on the door a young lady rudely approached us customers and said they worked during loadhsedding so they not opening as they are cleaning. (During loadhsedding your staff was seen laying on the floors of the entrance) she then abruptly walked away and said she will get the manager. He then came 6 minutes later to open, whilst rolling his eyes, and the other staff stood hostile and unwelcoming as we entered. All the other stores in the malls promptly reopened . Do better Mr Price Table Bay Mall, and send your Staff for customer service training. We can always shop elsewhere and support other stored. Do better!

Mr Price is a clothing store with a heavy reliance on current trends. If you are looking for an item that stays fashionable and useful beyond the current fashion season, I suggest you look elsewhere. As is the case with many of these stores that try to get an everyday version of what we see on the runways into the public's hands as quickly as possible, quality has the ability to fall through the cracks. This shouldn't be a problem for most people as the kind of person interested in these items are unlikely to wear them for more than 2 years in a row. Unfortunately, this is a very environmentally unsustainable practice. This particular store feels dark and cramped, and is very confusing to navigate.

Their mens section is very limited and boring. When they have something I like the only sizes they have are XXS or XXL. I don't mind that it is a commercial franchise and I used to shop there a lot in the past. I liked the fact that one could find clothing to express one's individuality, although it is still mass produced. The mens wear they stock now seems dated. It looks like someone got the cheapest American hip hop culture items from an expo and decided that would be MrP's 2023 mens wear. I think they need to employ new buyers for their mens wear. The exact same items are also available at Pep and Ackermans.

It was a nice shop to shop in, the only thing is the music choice in the shop was very load and NOT EVEY BODY'S CHOICE!! When you shop calm music makes it easy to shop and you ate not in a hurry to get out! I in any case went and wait outside for my wife. This i hope is somethig you will take note of. Most of these shops run by these young people play HORRIBLE music, and this meats you even before you enter the shop, please

The service at this particular store is almost always super bad. Not once but three times on separate occasions I had to wait over 30minutes because either the item has no price on them or it was not reflecting on their system. I love Mr Price but this one SUCKS. The stuff screams at each other half the time. The store is clean and organised but yho...

Went to buy some vests the shelf price & tag says R59.99 but the computer charged R69.99!! Only after a heated exchange with incompetent staff did they agree to reduce the price when I advised them that you "pay the price you see"!! Also 5 staff behind the counter but only one working as a cashier? Not a good experience!!!

The service at MRP Table Bay Mall is appalling! Got here at 9am in the morning, to find the staff holding a go slow and not willing to assist me check out my Laybuy. I was told they have a meeting and that their Laybuy are a mess and will take hours to sort and find my parcel. I was left at the till unattended.

Won't let you fit on bra's, but also Won't let you return if it doesn't fit.... how does this even make sense? So you are just suppose to buy blindly and if it doesn't fit then shame ... too bad... I honestly don't know why i even wasted my time going into this shop.. i have never had a good experience here..

The staff really don't enjoy their work. They don't smile, don't offer help, ignore you while you're waiting at the fitting room. Very unpleasant experience. I visited the Table Bay Mall branch on the Public Holiday, 21st March, and none of the staff looked like they wanted to be there

Specifically Mr P Canal Walk. I have walked in and walked straight out the last 8 times I've gone there. It is always chaos with lines almost on the other side of the store and service that is so slow. A terrible shopping experience that I would avoid at all costs

2nd time coming here where this store is the only store still closed at 9:30 in the mall where they are suppose to be opened at 9. First time no excuse, today at 9:35 you put a sign up saying closed due to stock take, opening at 10. Just ridiculous.

I wish SA stores learnt the value of giving good service! I was looking for boys' school shorts and they only had one pair left in the size I needed. I had to ask when they were expecting more in and the sales assistant blankly stated that

Shop is neat and tidy. However the staff at the till did not give attention attention to the customers instead chatting and laughing with each other. The customers did not matter at all.

Honestly not sure why there are staff members working in this store. You have to walk around for 15minutes before anyone acknowledges you. And even then, they are incredibly unhelpful.
