On the plus side, I do have a new kitchen faucet installed. But on the he!! NO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM side, the technician (Nick) did not clear space under the cabinet for the pull-handle counter weight to hang, so it wouldn’t retract at first. I had to research the issue and fix it myself. Which was no big deal, of course - just very irritating when you’ve paid someone hundreds of dollars to install something, and they can’t bother to install it in the correct manner. The technician then took my old faucet without even asking me, which happened to be in like-new condition, and was going to be installed in a friend’s house. When I called to ask him where he had left it, his supervisor (Brett) told me that it was trash and had been thrown away, because they didn’t want to leave any trash behind for me to have to deal with. Being treated like a complete idiot was just pouring salt on the wound caused by his outright theft of my property. Then he called back to say that luckily Nick did still have the faucet (shocker), and they were going to find a mounting ring for it and follow up with me the next day… In a shocking turn of events (kidding), I never heard from them again. So , NO WAY WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY JOB!

They charged me over $600 to just drain the water from a clogged sink that they were apparently unable to unclog… and wanted to charge an extra $800 plus to cut a hole in my wall to install an extra clean out. I called another company and they had it unclogged in no time, without having to install an extra clean out. I called Mr. Rooter to make them aware of the situation, and the fact that their technicians charged way too much for no more than they did, and was told the manager, Brett would call me back. Needless to say, I have yet to hear from them. I will NEVER call Mr. Rooter again. Update: Brett, the manager called me and was able to make things right with a full refund. He said he would take my experience and use it for training and review. I appreciate his generosity in this situation.

I called Mr Rooter needing two 27 year old water heaters replaced in my home. I wanted to install tankless heaters and one of my old ones was leaking. A young man came out and turned off the water to the leaking water heater and drained it. I paid him for his service and the price was very reasonable. Then came the pricing for the new install. After having his boss come out to evaluate my propane piping ,who then told me of how inadequate everything was to have two water heaters, he quoted over $ 25,000 to add pipes and regulators all across my attic to fuel my two new water heaters. I had another company install the same water heaters, made all the gas connections and they work like a charm for less than $8,300. I will not call Mr. Rooter again. Perry Marlow

We needed a plumber to update parts of our gas appliance connections and, after finding out that everyone we called said they needed to come next week, leaving us without hot water, heat, stove, etc. because the gas company turned off the gas until we updated. One of the companies we talked to, however, recommended Mr. Rooter and we certainly were in luck. Mark came today earlier than scheduled, did just what we needed, was extremely friendly, and inspired confidence. After he finished, an hour later, the gas company turned the gas on again and we are back to normal. All of this in one day, the day after the gas was turned off. We will be recommending Mr. Rooter to anyone who asks with great confidence. Thanks for putting us back in business.

Recently called Mr. Rooter to investigate clogged drains in my house. Discovered that there were roots in my sewage piping and they cleared them out, as well as replaced the toilets. Mr. Rooter plumbers were knowledgable and were able to assist when I had a follow-up emergency with my sewage drainage. All of the technicians and the manager were helpful and answered all of my questions. Giving four stars instead of five because their website advertised 24/7 emergency support, but their call center was unavailable to assist me when I called them late at night. However, customer service from Brett and his technicians was top-notch to ensure that I was taken care of.

I would use them again! I did initially feel like it was more expensive than it should have been. Howey, I'm not a drain expert hence why I called them. So stick shock aside they explained the prices clearly and according to a quick Google search the price was under/right on the edge of the national average. The technician was kind, polite, and professional. He explained to me how I can prevent the issue in the future. While I wouldn't have been able to fix my issue he told me a couple things to try next time before calling. I appreciate his honesty in trying to help me spend less money. I'll definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue I can't fix!

I had a different company come out to give me a quote on what they thought needed to happen but wouldn't be available to repair for several days. I called Rooter plumbing and they were able to send someone that evening. The tech Tommy was very informative and made sure I understood what his recommendations were. He went over all options and gave me prices for everything. He was able to come out next day and start working on it. He called me with an update and informed me of next step and what his recommendations were and made sure we were on same page of what should happen next. He was very helpful and would recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing to everyone.

Even as busy as the company was, they were able to send a technician (Mark Lucas) with the camera. Instead of having to pull up my toilet and do some major work, Mark was experienced enough to get his camera through a broken pipe that three other technicians (plus CofA crew) had already told me could not be done. By going this way the technician also saved me hundreds of dollars. The other type of estimate ranged from $750.—$2,200. Mr Rooter being the lowest price of $750. My only problem is that I didn’t call them firsthand. I know better now and have already saved at their contact information. Thank you Mr. Rooter and a huge Thank you to Mark Lucas

I had a sewer back up in my house . I had setup an appointment at 10:30 at night for 3-5 pm the next day. I had the water turned off to my house so I couldn’t use the toilets , shower or anything . They called me the next morning around 8 am saying they could be at my house in 15 minutes . They were very upfront on their prices before starting and worked quickly and efficiently. After clearing the blockage they ran a camera through the plumbing to be sure there were no breaks or anything . They gave me a great peace of mind .

I've had a laundry list of plumbing issues since buying my house. I finally bit the bullet and shopped around. I filled out the form for Mr. Rooter and was surprised by the surplus of scheduling options and promptness of their responses. Nick came out today and knocked everything out, and/or taught me how to handle some of my own issues. He seemed honest, hard-working, and got my work done fast. I had tried watching YouTube videos to figure out how to do the work he did, and wow... I'm glad I called him instead.

Would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs. I had a shower faucet go bad on a Friday afternoon around 4:00. When I called, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional. I was informed throughout the dispatch of my approximate wait times. And the technician/plumber who showed up was awesome. Such a nice guy. Very professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to fix the faucet. Overall a good experience.

They came right in and stayed until the job was solved. They have always done my work and they made sure they sent someone out when I was in error of the wrong date they were coming out I actually left a bad review due to my forgetfulness they forgave me and I'm happy I just had so much on my plate they are able to put emotions to the side and know people have hard days and they made it happen! The receptionist, Yvonne, is always on her game. The two plumbers today (Alex and Dave) are professional and efficient and happy to answer any questions. I'm pleased and will use Mr Rooter again. (This is probably my 3rd time using them. They also fixed something easily that another plumber had told me I'd have to rip my wall out to take care of!) I have already referred Mr Rooter to friends and will continue to do so.

One of the worst experiences I had! Alex from Mr.Rooter just did a big job at our place replacing 13 valves. the job was don properly, but after they left I found out smudges on the upstairs carpets (though I offered them shoe covers to use), and also smudges on the white cabinets! they didn't even dry the water from changing the valves inside the bathroom cabinets. Won't be using them again for sure.

Found this company on the Angi app. Never used them before. No sooner than I pressed the “request a quote” button, Brett was calling me. Talk about hustling for business. The servicemen, Aaron and Rocky, were great. They arrived on time, fixed my plumbing issue quickly, and did a quality check to make the issue was fully addressed. Price was what I expected so there was no “sticker shock.”

We had some repairs done on the faucets in our office. Our service technician did a fantastic job and was so patient. The clinic was full of barking dogs and we didn't know where our water shut off was. He was great and helped us find the main shut off and was very sweet with the pups. he will definitely be requested for future jobs. We were very thankful to have such a great technician!

My very old kitchen faucet started leaking quite a lot. Nick from Mr. Rooter Plumbing came over that day and suggested a replacement rather than a repair of the current faucet. He did the job quickly despite some difficulties in removing the old faucet. The new faucet is working great. The area was cleaned up perfectly. All round a job well done!

Mr Rooter was prompt and efficient at unstopping our kitchen drain. Nick arrived within 3 hours after we first contacted the company. He ran a snake approximately 50 ft to unclog the drain. I am very please with Mr Rooter ( Nick). He also spoke with my wife about things she could do in the future to help mitigate future clogged drains.

SUPER EXPENSIVE! We hired them to unclog our shower and two sinks. It was a simple service and the technician spent roughly 30mins using the snake to do his job. And they charged us a total of $726.60. This is absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this company if you don't want it to rob your hard earned money so easily.

From the moment I first called to the moment this emergency repair was done was a phenomenal experience.Each step was kindness and over-and-above service. Fast, friendly, creative, and knowledgeable. The work was performed in a timely manner. The workers showed up on schedule. It was a simple bathroom sink drain replacement. The cost was about $260 per hour plus an additional $800 to repair the drywall holes they cut to access the pipes including one hole that provided no access to the pipe in question.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Mr. Rooter. Always upfront with pricing, friendly, and professional. This past experience was no different. Nick Moore was our plumber this time around and he made sure we were happy with his work and explained everything he was doing. Happy with the service I received.

Had multiple plumbers out who wouldn't even try to diagnose the problem. They also would not do additional leak or smoke tests. In 2 hours the problem was located and resolved with Mr. Rooter. They provided several options. Very impressed and looking at their sister company Mr Handyman for other services.

The plumber, Nick Moore, did an amazing job, I had an unidentified leak and needed the leak detected and fixed ,nick found and fixed the leak in yard and was done start to finish roughly 3 hours he explained every step the whole way, and was knowledgeable ,professional ..very satisfied with the service.

I would have appreciated if the plumber had basic spare parts so I wouldn't be charged for a trip to home depot. The fee was high. I need someone to look and make sure they applied the right discount since I am a member. There was no mention of the discount I am supposed to receive.

Wonderful experience with the two guys who found and fixed our leak. Nick came out and told me the plan and gave a good estimate. Within 20 minutes underground leak was detected and he and Eddie fixed as promised. Professional and polite. Would definitely ask for these two again.

Alex and Selso repaired a leaking outdoor faucet on the side of our house. They also did a 2nd job that had not been previously scheduled which required them to go get more supplies. The was completed quickly and done well. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Scheduling was a breeze and Mark was able to come out the next day to explain why my water pressure dropped after the city performed some work on a nearby water main. I would 100% recommend Mark and Mr. Rooter based on this experience.

Want to pay $308.14 for a water heater flush. I did and will not again. Only the plumber could give me a quote When he arrived and did, I felt compromised. I should have refused but didn't. I will never be put in that situation again.
