Please customers if they ask you do you want the receipt for your items, do say yes. I don’t drive out of the car park now until I check the docket or try to keep an eye on the items/prices. Unfortunately one out of two visits there, there is a always a discrepancy and always to IGA’s benefit. Today overcharged $8.71. Charged twice for same product. I’m not saying it’s deliberate but obviously there’s a flaw somewhere in shelf price and cashier price. Also do keep an awareness on your fresh produce that you purchase, ie: right produce and right price. Very very pricey, understand prices have increased but … Fed up customer

Good deli great sushi stand inside very clean and fresh,with use by to the hour on the sushi. 2thJune 13:20 could not find South African Smoked Cod in the cabinetry, discontinued they said but they had some on the counter, but my wife needed it to be frozen, the young girl serving us said she had some frozen in the shop stock freezer, so we got some easy peasy, we find the Staff here are crazy good with old people like us. thankyou

Great, friendly staff, a good range of stock, fresh fruit and veg, and parking is easy and convenient. I'm able to buy things here that aren't carried by other companies which I love. Some items are more expensive than elsewhere, but they do have specials and also "price matched" labels on some shelves which helps. And I'd much rather be supporting local than going to a big chain supermarket!

My Wife and I shop here very frequently.... Good customer service and welcoming smiles, you guys just might like to rethink the times you restock your shelves..... Otherwise all good..... Do not go to Mount Evelyn IGA!! Customer service is DISGUSTING the staff are extremely rude. Have noted on many occasions that they do not rotate their stock, especially in the dairy section. They are not friendly and when any stock is in short supply you can be sure that they look after themselves before customers have a chance to make a purchase. Very, very dissatisfied.

IGA Mt Evelyn is my local, I liked it being a small supermarket, the revamp they have recently done looks great, they haven’t seem to have lost their touch with the locals by selling locally sourced honey’s, Jam’s, Coffee, tea, spreads, and much more, not to mention their pies!, ohh the pies from the deli are delicious, fantastic supermarket and will always be my local!

Great local supermarket, friendly staff are great. Unfortunate the hours on Google maps and IGA website are consistently wrong - so take them with a grain of salt. (And yes I suggested an edit but I think corporate hq or someone have been updating it wrong as it was "updated by owner" a week ago and I'm sitting outside a closed shop - and it happens a bit!)

Always plenty of register open. Little or no wait time. Very friendly local staff. Price matched on essentials plus great specials. Excellent fruit and veg. Price a little more than competitors but not prepackaged. Good GF range. Good prices in bottle shop. Easy close parking. Close to great coffee shop and walks for pre-shop time.... Love My Ev IGA.

I just purchased and cooked the sovereign five star butterfly lamb roast today and I must admit it was the most disgusting oldest piece of mutton I have ever had in my entire life! It had a revolting taste to it and was completely awful. I honestly cannot believe a major supermarket chain can sell this rubbish. It's fit for dog food only!

It's had a lot of renovations done recently so it has more features now and looks really nice, however they've made the aisles much much more narrow and you have to get squeeze past people to get past. I'd personally prefer a less "boujee" local iga to one that makes me have to get that close to people during a pandemic.

One of the best IGA's going around. Great range and a good size. Bottle shop attached. Small deli and a small produce area. Plenty of parking. Always well stocked. Has a great range of ready to eat meals and a good range of fresh meat. Gets pretty busy after school has finished around 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm

I already loved shopping here, always well stocked and the people are always great but I just had one of your staff at my door to drop in my wallet! I didn’t even know I’d lost it yet! Amazing, won’t be going anywhere else forever now. Love this community even more now. Thank you again!

The last 5 times I have been there I have been over charged every time, Weather it be gormet tomatoes charged at the vine price or the cheepest apple's charged at the highest price,and when you point it out they're very rude, won't be shopping there anymore!

Nice store. Could easily find what I wanted;. Stocked ongredients for cooking that were not available at (the several) Woolworths I went to in outer sububan Melbourne. Recommended over the "mainstream" supermarkets. Decent onsite parking..

It's great for what it is. They don't have as large a range as some of the larger supermarkets, but you don't expect them to. They have most of what you are looking for. Service has always been great, and the store is clean and tidy

Very pleased to have the 'How Now' kind milk available at the supermarket. It's nice to have such a good product locally accessible. The staff are always friendly and working towards providing a superior customer experience.

These guys don't even open until 9am on a Sunday morning, like we are still in 1950. Selection is smaller and prices are consistently higher than the other two as well. Probably time to put in one of the big two instead.

Amazing! The Reno's are grande. There's lots of helpful friendly staff and we bought lovely super fresh fish. Prices were surprisingly good for a little IGA on par with the big supermarkets. Thanks

Clean store with friendly customer service. The store has many products from the Yarra valley & are quiter than the big supermarkets in Lilydale. The meat range is vast with regular specials.

Bit of a confusing layout but staff are helpful with directions to the right aisle and the store has a large enough selection to satisfy all my needs. Easy off street parking from York Road

I was there for a job, involving an IGA video shoot, so I got to spend some time with the staff there. It was a very pleasant experience. All were very professional and fun to work with.

Shop regularly. Never have to queue up, they make sure checkouts are open to support customers. Support local produce, staff are always friendly. Lots of choice, gourmet food as well.

Not the cheapest place to shop, but pretty good for a local grocery store. There's plenty of parking, which you can access from York Road or Wray Crescent via Station Street.

Absolutely beautiful, clean store with great variety on offer - even hard to find gourmet cheeses like Shadows Of Blue from Tarago in Gippsland.... Will definitely be back.
