I have thought long and hard to find the words to say about the exceptional quality of professionalism, performance and genuine commitment of Jack Ross, Ora Ross, Jordan Rosenzweig as well as the whole Mullholland and Ross team who we chose to sell our home. Before listing, Jack and Ora made the process incredibly easy buy answering all our questions and concerns while taking the extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), for example giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, virtual tours and a whole lot more. Our house was listed on the exact date of March 18, 2020 when the Canadian government issued a state of emergency due to the Covid-19 pandemic and literally the country was shut down. Talk about timing! We continued to show our house and disinfect it after each showing and low and behold sold it 3 months later. During this trying time the Mullholland and Ross team, with an extra difficult task, worked diligently with not only hard work, compassion and empathy, always keeping us updated on everything pertaining to the real estate market and the sale of our home. Buying a home with Davis Mulholland was such a great experience for our family. I can’t say enough about Davis’ professionalism, commitment and responsiveness. Our experience with Mulholland-Ross from July to September 2023 completely exceeded our expectations! Lauren, Davis and Jordan were awesome to work with throughout the process of selling our house and renting a new place. They introduced us to contractors, gave us lots of advise, and provided rental furniture and decorations to get our house (inside and outside) ready to sell - and the results looked amazing - beautiful photos and brochure, a professional floor plan, a great written description, and a walk-through video as well. We worked with Davis and his team to purchase a small downtown condo as an investment property/prep for our daughter's university accommodations in several years. Davis and his team were really personable, not pushy and didn't try to sell us on the first/most profitable/convenient sale.
