Normally love this library but received horrible customer service today. Not sure if the man who helped me has never been taught manners but was probably double my age. I’ve worked in the service industry for 7 years and I have never been that rude to anyone, even when they said horrible things to my face. I just had a huge invasive surgery two days prior and mostly stuck at home while healing so I wanted to get some reading literature to help pass the time. This library is in my neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk, but now I don’t think I will return if this gentleman still works there. So so disappointed.

It's a small library, but it's a good one! It's pretty clean, and very quiet. Staff has been helpful and kind toward me. Once you step inside, you can basically see all the shelves, there isn't much to the building. Therefore, it's not surprising that there isn't a huge collection; however, they still have worthwhile finds here and you can place books on hold. Convenient location and I'll keep coming back.

It is a small, cozy, and typical county library. I thought it was smaller than other county libraries I have been to. There are some children's reading spaces, computer accesses, and restrooms. It is a good, accessible library for the Kenton area. I highly suggest it to anyone in the close area

Love this neighborhood library! The shelves aren't overcrowded and it's easy to find items in their nicely curated selection. There is an indoor play area for kids and a Spanish section. The librarians are very knowledgeable and eager to assist.

This is a great local library. It's small, but you can order books from any of the other libraries and get them here. The staff is always friendly and it's nice to see so many children checking out books with their parents.

The is a great little library. It's quiet and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I checked out the staff pick, and it turned out to be very enthralling book. I recommend this library. I loved the use of space.

TBH it's only good for picking up material brought in from other branches or library systems. It doesn't have much material on the shelves. You don't want to hang around for long. It's not what it used to be.

Very small library, mostly kids and parents during the day. It can be loud at times, but the librarians are very friendly and it's a convenient place to print documents and pick up interlibrary loans.

great library it has so many books and its fun to walk down there and check out books; I've gone there the most over all the library's i have been to, and its only two or three blocks away!!!

I drive out of the way to go to this branch because it's great. The staff is nice and friendly. The space is great. One of the best branches in Portland in my opinion.

Courteous and helpful. Most important, the two librarians on duty helped me get the job done that I came to do!
