This post office is a life saver! I work long hours and every time I need to post something out of hours, regular post offices are closed. I’ve been coming here for 1-2 years now and the owner/gentleman serving at the counter has always been so helpful! He is always patient with me even if I take time to pack my parcels, he provides excellent advice on which postal service to use and often goes above and beyond to help find the right packaging products. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for all you do!

I'm so happy to have this post office so close by. It's incredibly convenient, especially as I can drop Royal Mail and Parcelforce parcels off at almost any time and also have certain deliveries sent there when I know I'm not going to be home. I've found the team/service to be very reliable and the young guy in particular is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that he includes printing certificates of postage as part of the standard service. Would definitely recommend them :)

This Post Office is one of West London’s best kept secrets. I had a small issue whereby a package was accidentally sent to the return address rather than the TO: address and Shiva dealt with it amazingly well no questions asked. They’re always pleasant, efficient and super helpful - these are rare qualities in any kind of business these days. By far one of the best Post Office experiences I’ve had in years.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE. I recently posted a number of returns from this post office. They arrived back at my home address with the items missing and the returns address torn off. They then accused me of lying about having attached a returns label and refused to refund postage, verbally abusing me in the process. Avoid!

I used the shop for international mail and the person who dealt with me was very helpful:) The shop was clean and sold a wide range of packing materials and other items. I would like to use the shop again.

I went to the store, the shop was clean and tidy. The workers was really friendly and helpful. There is a post office which is very helpful and convenient.

The WORST customer service post office I have ever been!! VERY RUDE staff /OWNER shouted and argued with customers . Not professional at all. Avoid !!

Great little convenience store offering a much needed Post office service. Well stocked and clean with cheerful and obliging staff.

I went there and the guy was gone already bu 7:40 pm. It says it was open until 10:00 pm. I did a long journey to come here. Sad.
