The much awaited public transport launched last year is a huge draw among the citizens of Hyderabad. It's world class and can be compared to any of the best in the world. The only hitch is "the last mile connectivity" for the citizens who want to use this most efficient system of transport. The other issue for users is the lack of parking facility at majority of the stations. Though some have dedicated parking, some woefully lack it. Hence, it is a drawback for those who wish to use this transport system to beat the traffic blues of Hyderabad city. Few major stations have a "rent your scooter/bicycle" system in place, which is definitely praise worthy. The government should immediately take up last mile connectivity issues on a war footing to make Metro a great success.

Metro parking is good here, earlier no two side parking, good to say that they have permitted two sides (single line) for parking. Moreover, there is metro paid parking and rates are reasonable. Bike parking for a day is just 15 rupees. If we could come early i.e before 9:30 (I mentioned time for people who come at 10 to go offices) we can avail free parking. Avail smart cards very useful, card charges 75 rupees and we get 50 balance. We can recharge as we do for mobile, as of now we have option in paytm only for online. Then after two hours we need to place our metro card in any one of the avm machines (down part) which are available at metro station. Then press language, then prepaid option to complete our transaction.

Worst management, half minded staff. They don't know how to give the proper answer to passengers. The last train is available from musarambagh is 10.30, I enquired at 10.15 only, they said trains is closed right now & no trains are available to kphb from musarambagh. After 5 mins of gap only 1 train will passed to towards to malakpet side from musarambagh Station. 300 rs waste.. if u don't know the proper information plz be silent, why u are giving wrong information to passengers..

Staff is rude and un professional specially ladies they did not allow baby stroller and argude with us rudely. I have visited many countries and travels in metro many times but they have facilities for baby strollers but here no facilities for baby sterolers and staff is very rudely with the passengers. I request this message to be followed to the higher authorities or to the concerned person. Thank you.

The best metro station in terms of accessibility, parking and safety in this part of town. Vehicles can be either parked at the free parking locations on both sides, or at the paid parking on the police station side or at Galleria Mall. This station has a charging point for electric vehicles on the way to Galleria Mall in the service lane. And one of the busiest stations too..

The Greenery, the breakout spaces . Ample parking lots, the vendors spaces defined. One can sit on the seating arrangements made around trees to relax, read, eat and so on. Nowhere else in the city can we spot such lovely soothing cool places to unwind. It definitely is my favorite metro station outdoor space in India. A quiet respite in a bustling city

great location with ample parking space. for people who own cars this is an ideal stn than dilsukhnagar stn .very well maintained well behaved and helpful staff .shortly multiplex is coming up besides stn. bus stop is. at the end of the staircase plenty of autos. great location not so busy right now but will be a great stn in future.

One of the metro station located between dilsukhnagar and new market metro stations. Very easy accessible as it is on the main road. Well connected by road too. Staff, so friendly and helpful. Signboards are there for all exits and Continously they announce the train timings, the one best thing about the metro.

As it is a metro station near to me and easy to travel to anywhere but the thing is there will be some fluctuations and problems regarding the AVN machine and if we ask they will just tell us to buy with token even if we have smart card and won't resolve the issue of AVM.Other than that it's a nice one.

Just like all other metro stations this is also the same, maintained well. Elevator works fine. It has the basic information center with the route map. Not many stalls installed here unlike LBnagar or ameerpet. So just a normal metro station(neat and clean), nothing fancy or extra. Gets the job done.

The best metro railway station I can say with good faculties, 1) Ample Free Parking, 2)Adhaar card center. Lift and escalators are very good. The free Parking ground is very good and spacious, security guard is always availbe in the ground. Staff is also good

Nice, clean, never crowded and pretty well maintained. The only downside is less probability of getting a seat is less as its an intermediate station of a long travel metro. Autos might not be visible immediately , booking a cab after getting down is better.

Typical hyderabad metro station. Approach road is quite wide. This station is close to shopping mall constructed by L&T as part of metro rail project. There are good restaurants nearby. Coconut water vendors are also there. Auto stand is nearby.

Very greenary place, Easy to commute. Busy all days Bus stop available near the metro exit. Metro and Free Parking available. Next Galleria Mall is aside of Metro. It is 6KM difference from Malakpet Metro to Musarambagh.

Good location with govt quarters. Metro Red lane rail route makes it easy to connect with different locations of Hyderabad city, especially far off places.

Ticket counter not always open , we have to reach customer care service. Toilets are well maintained. No crowd at all. Less passengers all time.
