I wanted to try a different fitness meals supplier since i was tired of ordering from My Muscle Chef & Fitness Meals again & again. That's when i found MFK & with do many good reviews, i decided to try their meals. Following is my honest review about their meals Quality - the food quality is really good. All ingredients are really fresh n healthy. Taste - i loved the taste of all the meals that i ordered. Gravy tasted good but can be improved in future. Delivery - Delivery was prompt & on time. No issues at all Packaging - i loved the packaging of the meals but the seal between plastic lid & container can be bettered as it tends to break easily in microwave, letting all the steam out which is to essential in heating up the food Price - i found that MFK meals are bit pricier than other competitors. This may be due to their high quality of ingredients or some other production related facts. But there is room to better their prices in future Suggestions - if you can increase menu options in chicken & vegetarian section (especially high protein low carb options), that would be really nice. Overall, i really liked MFK food & would urge everyone to give it a shot.

Received my first batch on Sunday and wow, the taste and macros are miles ahead in the competition from any other meal prep companies. At first I felt it was a little expensive but the taste is well and truly worth it, not to mention the variety that is available to order. I do not feel like I’m on a diet or any urge to order food on UberEats. I’m halfway through my batch and getting ready to pick out my next options ASAP. I have tried several different meal services over the years, and I would usually get bored quickly as the food just felt like it did not have a lot of flavour and was very bland, which then resulted in me falling off my diet. I came across My Fitness Kitchn by searching for another company to try and I am ecstatic I did! Their meals are good quality, good sizes, full of not only flavour but sauce too.. let me tell you they are not stingy with the sauce at all!! The meat cuts are amazing, it tastes like real meat not the rubber frozen stuff you would usually receive from other suppliers. Their meals are DELICIOUS. What delicious food and amazing customer service! When I needed nutritional information I emailed them to let them know I would not be able to keep ordering from them as they only stated for example the amount of carbs but not the amount of sugar in their food labels. This was a concern but they addressed this promptly with an email back stating that they would work on this within the week and get back to me and I was very surprised that they had emailed me again to let me know they had fixed this and it's on their website for each meal item. I am half way through my first week of My Fitness Kitchn meals and boy am I very pleased! Trust me when I say I have tried a number of meal prep companies (which I won’t name & shame for their sake lol) but I can say without a doubt that My Fitness Kitchn is by far the BEST! The food is fresh & tasty. Never have I not had to add salt to a meal let alone be left feeling bloated after a meal with high sodium. The portion sizes are on point and the menu offers much variety. I actually look forward to my meals now and it’s helping me keep on track with my macros that’ll compliment my training. Keep up the good work team! I look forward to my next order!

This is the first time I have ordered and it was much better than the other online delivered meals that are out there. The food we received was the best! Delicious, tasty, and the chicken and beef was moist and tender. Delivery was on time, and packed perfectly. Good portion sizes, nice flavour and halal as well which is what we needed. I ordered 15 meals so far. And all of them were great. Except the butter chicken. It wasn't very creamy and the chicken was not like you get in the shops. My wife and I purchased meals with My Fitness Kitchn under the suggestion of our gym, Target Life Fitness, as we were undertaking a health challenge. We ordered the regular meals which are fresh, extremely tasty and excellent value for money. Delivered in cold packs to the door promptly. We both struggled to eat all of the regular meals, so very filling. The light meals would easily suffice. The variety is huge. Having these delicious prepared meals has removed meal prep stress in doing a fitness/health challenge and allows for easy accurate calorie and macro assessment. Absolutely Amazing! Don't know why we waited so long to try this but it did not disappoint. We ordered the 10 regular meals (chefs selection) and each one tasted like it was freshly cooked after heating them up. The biggest difference compared to other prepared meals we've had is that all the meat and fish dishes were still juicy not dry! We are about to place our order for next. It ticked all the boxes, it's rare that a service would tick all the boxes like this. 1. Tastiest (Check) 2. Very detailed and accurate nutritional info. 3. Diverse menu that cater to everyone, whether you're cutting, bulking or maintaining there's something in there for you. 4. There's even low carb options for those that's scared of carbs (they have option for you to remove the mash or just only have vegetables as the sides). 5 star from me, on my 3rd box now.

As a first time customer using My Fitness Kitchen I found using their website so simple. My wife and I ordered our meals and they were delivered on the date and time as stated. When we first tried their meals we were both amazed at the freshness of the food. Our meals all contained so much flavour and they had a wide variety of meals available. I highly recommend my Fitness Kitchn to anyone who wants to eat healty and lose some weight. I already lost 4 kgs in my first week. I selected Chefs selection regular meal and the portion size was enough for me to keep me going within my calorie intake for the day. The meals are tasty and fresh. They also provide halal option if someone wants to do that. The price is also cheaper than any out there and the quality is great. The delivery is within the expected day. Great portion size, amazing range of meals. Had muscle chef for 2+ years and got absolutely sick of them, tried macros and wasn’t impressed but will be sticking with my fitness kitchen from now on. It is pricey compared to muscle chef, but understandable to being a smaller company. Would like to see a fortnightly subscription rather than a weekly one to save on postage and for them to make their way into my fitness pal for someone like me using the free version and cannot put in macros

Have had 5 of their meals thus far and they're bloody delicious!! I'm back this coming week for more. Only complaints, the light meals are a bit too light and there's very little choice for vegetarians. Fortunately for me though, I do eat seafood and chicken. Aside from that you have to give them a try. Their meals are far tastier meals than other foods companies I've tried and I've tried just about all of them. I'm not going to bother cooking for awhile now I've discovered MFK.

My Fitness Kitchn was recommended to me so I decided to give it a try as I’ve been looking for places that delivers fresh meals. My experience so far has been very positive. I was notified of a time slot for my delivery and it actually arrived within the first 30mins of the scheduled time slot. Box was packed nicely and the food was kept cold and fresh. I can honestly say that these are the best given that they're the tastiest, cleanest and most well-portioned meals that I have ordered. There is always sufficient protein and it's great to eat healthy and fresh meals which are actually tasty too! Jonathan's customer service is also top notch. Tastiest pre-packaged meals I've had! I order their regular portions which are very generous. Especially recommend the naked chicken burrito bowl, barramundi in lemon cream sauce and steak with creamy mushroom sauce!! Delivery is always on time. Finally found a meal company where i enjoy every meal! I found myself enjoying only 2-3 meals in all the previous companies i tried and eating them day in day out was becoming a chore. I was at a sister's in strength event and tried this food for the first time. I loved it. So tasty, good options fit various diets and awesome portion sizes. Would highly recommend.
