My experience yesterday at My Haven Laser & Spa was truly exceptional! The location is nestled in a lovely neighbourhood and creates a calming feeling from the time you enter the spa. Emma was waiting for me when I arrived and welcomed me by name. There was no need to arrive early to complete forms, as the intake form was sent to me prior to the appointment. The spa itself is absolutely luxurious, designed with so many beautiful extra's. The furniture, mirrors, chandeliers, lighting, decorations, and I could go, on were all impressive! I immediately noticed how immaculately clean everything was and the soft music was perfect to create a serene mood. The well thought out details, from the disposable slippers when you arrive to the complimentary juice and water in a fridge in the waiting room, successfully create a superior client experience. I had a 90 minute massage and it was incredible! Emma was friendly and asked all the right questions so that she could deliver the perfect massage for me. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the hot towels and special balm for my shoulders. Emma is an extremely talented massage therapist and uses techniques that I hadn't experienced before that were wonderful. Her face and head massage was delightful with just the right pressure. I'm a veteran when it comes to massages and this was one of the best I've ever experienced! I left feeling pampered and marvellous! I look forward to many more massages with Emma, as well as, trying some of the other services! I would definitely recommend My Haven Laser & Spa to everyone that wants an extraordinary spa experience!!

I tried the place yesterday for the first time for a couple massage. I am not sure there’s enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to explain how wonderful our experience was. From when we stepped a foot in, to when we left the place everything was perfect. I went there with no much expectation as I injured my back a couple months ago, and my injury induced other issues and until now I felt that the public medical system failed me and don’t know what to treat my injury and problems properly. But I did hav e hope and my hopes were Fullfilled. We have been welcomed by Tina. From the moment she welcomed us I knew she was considerate, kind and respectful. She did my massage and while massaging me asked me questions the public Health system should have asked me. She acknowledged that all the pains I am feeling are linked, which I knew but again the public health system didn’t recognize. The massage was wonderful! Tina is knowledgeable and adorable. The place is spotless and welcoming. I will definitely go back!

My recent visit to My Haven Laser & Spa was absolutely incredible! I've been to a few spas in the past, but this one is definitely my favorite. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the spa's relaxing atmosphere - the calming colors and soothing music really set the tone for the perfect spa experience. The spa itself was immaculately clean, which is always a top priority for me. But the real highlight of my visit was the hydrating facial that I received. I can honestly say that it was the best facial that I've ever had! Even two weeks later, my skin still feels incredibly hydrated and refreshed. I am a professional who exhibits the typical symptoms of long hours of office work. For the last 10 years I've visited at least a dozen RMTs in Calgary to help with these symptoms. My Haven is the best for the following reasons below: Professionalism: I can honestly say that Tina and Cherry are the best RMTs in the city. They are experienced in various types of massages from simple relaxation to deep tissue, and they are always effective in solving any issues that I have. Service: The service here is very good. Clients are treated with respect from the moment you walk into the door to the moment that you leave the establishment. Facility: The facility is new, clean, and well maintained. You won't find a better maintained establishment in Calgary.

I have been here twice now. (Within 30 days if each other) I love it that much! It has not even been a month since my last visit and I am preparing my next visit as we speak. The place is clean, relaxing, beautiful. I have had massages which have been absolutely fantastic, and their system allows easy access for me to submit to my insurance. I have loved the free facial promotion, my face has been feeling much more moisturized. The Vichy Shower I think everyone need to try atleast once in their life. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the body scrub was so nice. When the shower heads hit you and how they use them took me to another level of relaxation.The professionalism was exactly what I expected. This is my go to place now when I visit Calgary

I recently had two facials at Haven Laser & Spa and I have to say the experience and my results are amazing. I was struggling with some stubborn acne and dry skin, and after only two sessions it is almost all clear and my skin has never felt so good! Right from the moment you arrive you are greeted warmly and looked after until the moment you leave. It is a very relaxing experience from start to finish. They even have bottled water and juice for after your done your treatment! I still can’t believe my results after only two treatments! Outstanding massage and facilities. Tina immediately impresses with her knowledge of massage techniques and ability to address your health concerns. I do my best to stay in shape and be active, but this has resulted in a number of old injuries over the years. She has been able to address this with her intuition of how hard and where to apply massage. I always notice an improvement afterwards and it keeps me coming back. All you have to do is try this place once and you will see by the atmosphere and attitudes of the staff that this is a truly exceptional spa in Calgary. Believe me, I have been to all of the chains in the city and they have nothing on this place. They truly do care about their clients.

I had a massage with Xue Nong (Cherry) Chen today that was amazing. This was my first time to the spa and I've been disappointed trying new places in the past so my expectations were low. Most places give you a relaxing massage that doesn't do much unless you go for deep tissue which is too rough for me. I need a hybrid and that's exactly what I got with all the best features of both massages. She wasn't afraid to go after the knots in my back and neck but recognized the amount of soreness that would come after so didn't push too extreme like some deep tissues do. She did a great job of alternating some relaxing massage with more focused massage and I left feeling knots have been released and relaxed.

My partner and I went here for a couples massage and had such a great experience!! Pamela and Emma are amazing at their job, extremely professional and respectful as well. Pamela gave my partner a deep tissue massage and Emma gave me an amazing full body (including head massage) that was just perfect pressure wise! We both left this spa feeling so relaxed and content. I also let them know when booking that this was for my partners birthday, and they even left him a card when we got into the room. I have been to many different massage places in Calgary and would like to say this is an absolute treat if any of you decide to book here. The massage is amazing with deep tissue and the rooms are nice and quiet. It is absolute nice and quiet. The prices are also ridiculously good compared to most other places as they charge much higher compared to this place. Also wanted to add they have free parking right infront of their store so there is no hassle when getting inside. And everything ends off with a nice juice box and amazing service. I had a wonderful experience and the best massage of my life. This spa had good reviews. I booked 90 minutes massage with Cui (Tina). At my arrival, I was immediately impressed with the clearness and chic look of the place. Cui (Tina) found within few minutes the problem areas and stated working on them right way. She was very attentive and mindful of my tight muscles; I felt very safe, relaxed, and comfortable throughout the entire massage. That night I had the best sleep I ever had in years. I would highly recommend this spa. Easy access and free two hours parking out front and side streets.

My boyfriend and I have been going to Tina and Cherry for our massage for years now. They have been very accommodating even with the last minute reservations and would still stretch to open their doors for their clients. The service and ambiance of the place is exceptional, massage rooms are so clean. Their years of experience on the job shows very well with every session. They just know exactly where the tight muscles are. They ask how much pressure you want and It’s always consistent every time! You will just lay there, in a warm massage bed enjoying the whole experience.

How lucky are we in our Parkhill neighbourhood to have this delightful spa, Spa Haven, just on Mission Road. I experienced the sea salt exfoliation Vichy Massage today, and I can’t recommend it enough! It was such a peaceful experience, and Tina did an excellent job. My body feels much less tired, and I feel completely refreshed! Not to mention the prices are very reasonable in comparison to other spas, so it is great value for money ! It occurred to me that one could make a wonderful outing at the spa and then have a relaxing lunch on 4th street which is close by.

The most relaxing and beautiful spa located close to downtown. Tina and her team are exceptional. Let's start with the actual facility. Very nice, extremely clean and beds are heated and comfortable. Great start. As for the massage. Cherry is the best therapist I have ever had, Period! She always asks you if her pressure is enough or too much, and if you are one who requires lots of pressure, well she delivers. On top of that, she keeps whatever pressure you need for the entire massage you have booked. She has literally helped me numerous times when I have had significant issues with my neck and lower back. Again, she is the best!

I have been coming to My Haven Laser & Spa since it opened and thought I should leave a review since good service deserves a good review! It is truly a great place to come for relaxation or deep tissue massage. After a run the stretch massage is great to keep the muscles from getting too tight. The Vichy Shower body scrub treatments are great as well at any time of the year, but especially during the cold weather. I have also tried the laser hair removal treatments, and they truly do work. I would highly recommend this Spa.

All the staff at My Haven are courteous, professional and very friendly. They are knowledgeable with addressing your needs as a client and tailor each session to what you are needing. My first time coming here and truly a wonderful spa here in Calgary. So clean and professional, Cherry and Tina were very knowledgable and gave excellent massages. I had a body scrub at the spa, and all I can say is WOW! This was my first time trying this treatment, and I wish I had done it much earlier. After just one session, I am completely addicted to it. The room was very warm and beautifully designed, and I particularly loved the ability to control the lights with Alexa. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and I felt completely pampered from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

After run out the benefits, I have been looking for a good deal. My Haven's student massage therapist, Iryna, offers a great price of $50 per hour, which is perfect for me. While her massage technique may not be the best, I appreciate that she tries her best. She is also a very quiet lady. I will definitely return to her for another massage. The spa itself is very clean and relaxing, and I highly recommend it.

This is my favourite place to get my micro-needling done! I have been seeing Tina for my micro needling appointments and my experience has been very great! Ive noticed a huge difference in the appearance of my acne scars and most of them aren’t noticeable anymore and I am very pleased with the results!
