I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with My healthcare clinic. From my initial meeting with Dr Patel the GP I felt so pleased I had made the decision to become a member he was so professional caring knowledgable and reassuring. I have used their hygienist service as a member and was very impressed. I recently went for a routine dental check up with Dr El Jabouri. I had had some pain and he quickly picked up on the fact that I had a serious dental issue which they were able to refer me immediately to the dental surgeon to deal with. I didn't have to wait and was seen on the day within the hour. The professionalism of all the healthcare team and even the receptionists is absolutely first class nothing is too much trouble and the standard of care and advice is impeccable. The value of all the services is also exceptional. I'm now signing my husband up and two friends who live in North London are so impressed they are looking into becoming members and travelling across town as the treatment customer service and value is unbeatable.

I must say that this has been one of the best dental experiences I have ever had... and I have changed dentists a few times now! Zain is a fantastic dentist who explains, shows and gives reasons to why certain procedures are required so that you fully understand what dental work is being undertaken at all times. He pays great attention to detail and takes pride in his work so will spend whatever time required to ensure that not only he is happy with the outcome but that you are also happy. I found that he will not recommend anything that is unnecessary and will only suggest what is required. I have been to the clinic for a few different services now from seeing a doctor, dentist and taking my newborn to see a pediatrician and everyone is very professional and caring from the minute you walk through the door. Appointments are very easy to make and the price is fantastic for the quality of service you are receiving.

Awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They used to be great. Everything has changed since they moved the correspondence from the surgery to South Africa. They NEVER email back. VERY VERY difficult to get simple things like prescriptions. You used to be able to message the surgery for an appointment or prescriptions, which was one of the things I liked. I have been waiting for a response to my last email sent in February. It's now nearly April... Not worth the money. If you want to move from the NHS to relieve pressure and see medical staff sooner, don't bother. I have never been as frustrated with the NHS as I have this practice. 100% for the doctors, nurses, dentists and assistants; they are all brilliant. I could not be happier with the assistance I get when in the surgery. They are the loveliest people you could have looking after you. It's a shame the people behind the email and phones are so useless.

Had to get a covid test as a couple of people at work tested positive. Booking was done through the phone as website did not work, maybe due to an same day booking. However got the appointment with in 2 hours. Location, directions, parking and access etc all good. Could have been more safe, polite and professional while checking inn at the reception. Did not see anyone cleaning the door handle as a high touch point while i was there for 20 minutes. Considering potential +ve patients are walking in and out, this should have been a priority. Booking in was fine as just asked to fill a form and wait. Not too long wait as i was called through for the test. It was an invasive test, by the nature of it , so was a bit uncomfortable. Got the results with in 24hrs as opposed to 48hrs of the PCR test, reducing isolation time.

I have been a patient at MyHealthcare Clinic since the day they opened and standard of care and knowledge has always been excellent. It is always a pleasure to be greeted by the lovely Lily, Emma, Rikki and Shamistra whether it is on the phone or when I have an appointment. I cannot recommend the GP's and Dentist's enough for their knowledge, professionalism and caring personalities. I have had many treatments with Zain and I can honestly say he is one of the best dentists I have come across. He is highly skilled and always takes his time to make you feel at ease whilst treating you. Dr Akash Patel is the best thing to happen to the clinic, he is very understanding and attentive and has looked after me through some tough times in the past 3 years. Well done MyHealthcare Clinic for your overall outstanding service.

I have found My Healthcare Clinic by searching for a good private doctor on Google, this practice had one of the best reviews so I decided to make my first appointment which was half price of the regular price. My appointment wasn't rushed, everything was explained so precisely. The doctor took time to understand my family history as well as any past problems with my health. I was so impressed after my first appointment that I decided to join the clinic as a member with my partner. The monthly payments are affordable for anyone. The reception is very quick in answering the phone calls and I got my appointments for the next day! I already recommended the clinic to my friend which is getting nowhere with her public GP. Dr Patel is amazing, very patient and professional. I would highly recommend this practice!

Have been a member with them since 4-5 years now. They used to be brilliant. Since a few years they have gradually deteriorated in both service and professionalism. First of all, they will inform you that they won’t give you any antibiotics when you need them. Secondly, some doctors give you same advice you would found by googling it yourself. And lastly, the hopelessness of booking an appointment. Don’t get me wrong. I spent no time in queueing on the phone. Rather it took me 15 min to get the guy to understand a simple thing as booking an appointment. He sent me four (4) appointments each for my two children! I have received eight appointments that day. I don’t think the telephonist they have employed have a slightest capacity to manage something as simple as booking an appointment.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The company and staff are charlatans. As a regular traveller for both work and leisure, I have visited many other companies/centers since the start of the pandemic to present date. I can say I am disgusted and shocked at the way this "company" operates. I have been charged for a service I didn't use. I have never even seen or visited their center! I've emailed multiple times since November 2021 and I am still yet to hear back from a member of staff. They have charged me, and yet won't give me my money back. Avoid this place at all costs. Especially as there are many other companies that provide an honest, transparent and people centered service to their customers. This for sure isn't one of those places.

In clinic service is fine for the most part, if expensive, but the South African based membership administration is dreadful. Emails go unanswered for weeks, you have to chase constantly. They say they will look into things and get back to you but don't. Slow, unresponsive, unhelpful, confused and confusing. Zero customer service. I discovered I had been charged for years for an annual medical "add on" which I was never actually offered, let alone had. After saying they would investigate our correspondence and presumably finding none (because there was none but they did not admit that) they just said it was all my fault/responsibility and washed their hands of it. When I emailed to cancel my email went unanswered for 18 days. Hopeless.

The service provided at MyHealthcare is truly excellent. I am a dental patient there and I could not fault the service and quality of their approach. My family have been using MyHealthcare for the past 18 months and we find it offers outstanding service and value. It has been a huge success for all of us. My wife is very pleased indeed with the levels of care and service she has received. My daughter, who was a nervous dental patient before starting at MyHealthcare, now is very relaxed about visiting the dentist. So all round we give MyHealthcare five stars, and would highly recommend this to friends and family. We are based north of the river, so if there are any plans to open in SW6, SW10 or SW3 that would be an added bonus!!

We regularly see the paediatrician (Marie) and have seen another doctor (Akash) as well as a very lovely nurse (I can't remember her name, sorry) at the Wandsworth branch and couldn't be happier with the genuine kindness, care, reassurance and advice we have received, as well as the professionalism at this practice, which is very welcome when you are a new and foreign mother, not to mention at the time of a global pandemic. It is a very clean practice and the office staff are incredibly attentive. We're so impressed that I think we may also start seeing the dentist at this practice rather than our regular dentist. The parking is a bit of a nightmare though so get someone to drop you off if you do attend.

My Healthcare Clinic provides a superb service! I can’t recommend it more! I subscribed to the GP as well as to the dentist service and this is the best money that I have ever spend! Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and do their best to help (thank you Dr.Patel). I was surprised to have the results of my Blood test the very next day and have a full health check test included in the welcoming package. Receptionists are very kind and friendly and always try to accommodate the appointments at the time that suits me best. This is the very best Healthcare service that I have experienced so far and I hope they can open soon more clinics like this around London and beyond.

I recently joined myhealth care clinic and have used both the private dental and GP practices. The teams have been very professional, helpful and efficient. They are easily accessible with evening and weekend appointments, which is great when you are juggling a busy work/life. Following my initial dental consultation, the dentist provided a very comprehensive treatment plan and as a result I joined the membership plan. I would recommend the plan as an affordable way of spreading the costs over a period of time. Overall, based on my experience, I would highly recommend the clinic to provide all around affordable private health/dental cover.

Joining My Healthcare Clinic (Battersea Reach) was an extremely positive decision. Working shifts, it is often difficult to see a medical practitioner however, here, I am able to see a Doctor when I choose at a time that suits me. The facilities offered are extensive and include Nursing and Dental services (again which suit my needs perfectly). The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the environment calming and relaxing. The entire team work well together rather than as separate entities making overall care planning more effective and efficient. I highly recommend this practice especially to those facing tight time restraints.

Dentist hygiene - it's been a year and half since I went to one because of covid, was a bit nervous but the receptionist and dentist greeted me warmly so felt ok at beginning. But oh my, I felt like my gum and teeth were being attacked during the whole process, this has honestly been the worst dental experience for me. I was obviously in discomfort, but instead of being a bit more gentle, was told to be more relaxed. My mouth was a blood bath after and took me at least 10 rinse to rinse off all the blood. Not to mention the whole thing lasted 10mins top. Avoid at all cost

I am a pazziente of the dental clinic Commodore House Battersea Reach Complex for years now and I have pain from 2 weeks after my last dental surgery gone bad that unfortunately I paid in advance So I had to send emails and call the clinic and talk to the secretary several times and each time I was told that I would be called back the same day to let me know when the doctor could see me. but nobody ever called me back. what do you suggest me to do ?? Now I spoke with the secretaries. I have a new appointment and I'm very happy.I hope everything goes well Many thanks

The Wandsworth clinic, is the best private clinic I have been to. Everyone is so lovely and so warm and professional, starting from receptionists especially Emma, they are always so welcoming. Having my teeth treatment for almost a year now, I feel like at home here. My orthodontist Nader is the best, makes me feel so at ease and it's super gentle. I am so happy with my results already and I haven't finished my treatment. I recommend this clinic to everyone and definitely worth the money as the treatment you will receive is outstanding. Truly wonderful staff. Dr Kiani was kind, caring and made me feel comfortable. After suffering from depression, my teeth needed some attention and she built a plan that will give me my health and confidence back. I had been to other clinics where I felt judged and uncomfortable but this was the first one where I felt like I was in good hands and felt understood. She is a true asset to this clinic along with the reception staff who were friendly and guided me through the next steps. Really happy that I have joined this clinic’s membership programme.

My boy who is 2.5 years old was not well and I booked an appointment at the clinic as it's very convinient - based next door to where we live. We saw Dr. Akash Patel and I can honestly say I have never come across a more professional GP. He was amazing with my child and prescribed just the right treatment. Since then I have never used another GP and always go to the clinic and Dr. Patel, who I'm more and more impressed with each time we have a health problem. Thank you Dr. Patel. The wonderful receptionist Lily, or one of her colleagues, will make every effort to fit you in with a doctor on the day of your choice and especially if it is urgent. It does not matter which doctor you see as they are all excellent but I normally see Dr Whitfiled or Dr Patel and they always go the extra mile to help and give you all the information you need. The Family membership is very reasonable when your children are under 18 but I wish they would do a deal when they are over 18 and away at University! I highly recommend this Clinic.

MyHealthcare clinic is our go to Practice. We can always get an appointment, the clinic is sleek and professional, and everyone from receptionists to hygienists and doctors is extremely friendly and good at what they do. I always bring our baby son here first because we have a longer consultation and the environment just feels better for him. When I had a chest infection, the follow-up care was also excellent. Our whole family is now a member and when my mother visits from overseas -she wants to come here! Cannot recommend them enough.

I have had a number of visits to the MyHealthcare clinic and its been a good experience. The dental work I have had done so far, appears to be of a high standard and has been almost pain free. My dentist has been particularly welcoming. He's explained about each procedure prior to carrying out the work, and the advice he has offered has appeared sincere. Occasionally, there have been some delays whilst having treatment, but given a choice, I would much prefer to continue using myHealthcare compared to my local nhs dentist. Chris.

The best decision i have made for ages was to join. The GPs take time to understand , support and best of all follow up. Appointments are easy to book especially early ones for pre work, school etc and if there isn't availability the ladies on reception try their hardest to find a solution. The Nurse services are also very comprehensive and the health check you get with membership thorough. This clinic gives you the support and access that is invaluable when you are busy and time and service is key. THANK YOU

Outstanding! I took two of my children for their chicken pox vaccines recently (both under 3yrs) and the care we received was simply fantastic. The doctors/nurses were incredibly experienced and provided all the information I needed. Their bedside manners was also superb, with both kids back to playing in a matter of seconds after their jabs (aided by stickers). All round wonderful care, friendly staff, a lovely clinic setting and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I recently visited for a hygienist visit and a filling with Dr Zeena Adnan. The staff were really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly I am really pleased with the results, as well as with the procedure itself. Throughout the whole procedure Dr Adnan informed me of her findings and her next steps which made me feel reassured and in control, plus the procedure was completely painless too. I strongly recommend the clinic and Dr Adnan specifically too.

I was very pleased with my first experience with MyHealthcare Clinic and will use them again should the need arise. I was able to see a doctor who was very kind and helpful and sent me to the Cromwell Hospital for a chest X-ray. Another doctor then called me and spent a long time with me on the phone, explaining that I wikis have to take antibiotics for a week to get rid of a lung infection. I will certainly recommend MyHealthcare Clinic to others

The staff at this clinic are ALL so professional, helpful, kind and generous. It was our first visit to the clinic on Saturday and my 9 year old son was made to feel totally at ease with some urgent dental work he required. Parking underground was straightforward and the appointment started promptly. So grateful at the affordable cost too. Thank you so much. I have never wanted to recommend a service so highly as this clinic.

My overall experience has exceed my expectations with all the staff at Myhealthcare Clinic. Staff are very friendly and professional, they are very dedicated people, 100% commited with what they do. Dr Patel has been very helpful, from a medical point of view, to keep in control my Mum's health. He is very passionate with his responsibilities as a physician, very patient and most at all his willingness to assist at any time.

I only visited for a single GP appointment, but it was probably the best doctor's appointment I've ever had — popped in at 3.45pm and had an appointment scheduled for 4.20pm, then Doctor Kai spent almost an hour going of my entire history (we were scheduled to talk for 30 minutes). The surgery is very well laid out with a coffee bar and the receptionists and staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

My family and I have all been to the Clinic and every time we've been it's been a very positive experience. all of our interactions have been with kind, caring doctors who listen attentively and never seem rushed in their judgement or treatments. They've always been very responsive, accommodating and the follow up with test results is very reassuring. A great service all round that I would recommend to anyone.

My father and I booked ourselves in to get a dental check-up and hygiene clean a few weeks ago. Location is beautiful and easy to find. The equipment they have onsite is state of the art which was very impressive.The staff and dentist were very professional and friendly which helped as i normally shy away from visiting the dentist. Definitely recommend them to others.

From making the appointment (same day) to the follow up call after seeing the GP the clinic was friendly and careing. Dr Patel had time to treat me as well as my symptoms and rang a few days later to see how I was. I am a great supporter of the NHS but the ease of being seen quickly and to build up a relationship with a particular doctor is well worth going here for.

The service was dreadful. i was called 10 minutes late and the doctor was not a specialist in the area that I booked the important for. The doctor proceeded to be very rude telling me that I would have to pay more money and then said he could no longer speak to me and hung up the phone call as he ran out of time. Really poor care and service. Not even worth 1 star.

From the moment you walk in you know the black is special. My dental care was outstanding. Zeena went way beyond the call of duty to achieve perfection with my front crowns that cost her time and effort but she would not let me leave with anything other than 10/10 standards. The doctors are all great and the ambience of the whole clinic is really warm and friendly.

I've been a client for a couple of years now and received nothing but excellent service. Appointments are easy to arrange, usually on the same or next day. The staff are very friendly. I've found the GPs to have a great attitude and they've been attentive during sessions and follow up emails. The subscription fee is very reasonable and includes an annual checkup.

I did my fit-to-fly test with this clinic and they were brilliant from start to finish. I emailed twice with qs and they called me back within a few hours. On the day itself there were delays on trains getting into London and they were incredibly helpful in rescheduling me. Would 100% recommend. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. Fantastic.

The experience was great. The reception staff were friendly and the dentist put me at ease ( I am a very nervous patient). Very good experience. Easy to book at short notice with attractive introductory rate. Overall ambience of surgery was good - modern and clean. Only waited a small number of minutes to see the doctor. Doctor Patel was excellent - authoritative, calm manner and gave clear advice on possible courses of treatment. Would recommend.

The service and staff here are truly fantastic. The reception staff are so welcoming and kind. And my dentist, Dorrin, is just brilliant - so lovely and always makes me feel so comfortable (and has a great playlist!) I'm so happy with the dental treatment I have received, and I totally recommend coming to this clinic.

Visited the MyHealthcare Clinic last week for Annual Health screening, The overall experience was good. Have my appointment in order, completed all required tests in around 30 mins. The place was clean, neat and was easy to locate. The Nurse was good - did the required procedures correctly. Highly recommend visiting.

First time visiting a dental hygienist and the experience was absolutely spectacular. Dr Serafeim guided me through the whole process and told me exactly what was wrong with my teeth and what I should be doing to take care of them. The before and after was insane. Looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.

Excellent clinic with friendly and professional service. I was able to easily get a next day appointment and saw Dr. Whitfield who was amazing, patient and efficient! We have been going to my Healthcare clinic about 18 months ago, we use it for dental and GP services. We have had very good experiences in both areas and all the staff are all very professional, approachable and friendly. I love that they all know our names and we are always greeted with a smile!

Lovely clinic on the river & Dr Serafeim is the best dentist. 2x white fillings with no anaesthetic in under 30 minutes and no pain and he still took time to explain everything and checked I was happy throughout. Thank you, amazing service!

The worst of clinic you can ever find. The doctors are not qualified and will abruptly stop your medication and cause you so much harm. Best to avoid, especially Doctor Kailash, not qualified, unsympathetic and very rude.

The reception were quite nice and welcoming. Dr. Kailash is the best GP ever. He took his time to listen my symptoms and explain all the details what I need to know. He was quite helpful and very comforting.
