I booked a full body oil massage for my mum. She came home and told me it was the worse massage she has ever experienced (she has been to several). The “masseuse” (young girl) barely spoke any English and was therefore unable to communicate. Firstly, my mum asked for disposable underwear and the girl came back with paper towels. Secondly, she did not bother to ask my mum about any areas she’d like to be worked on or any questions regarding the massage for that matter. Thirdly, the “masseuse” was clearly inexperienced and not professionally trained. My mum felt as if she was simply being touched, even after asking for more pressure. There were no massage techniques whatsoever. I came back with my mum a few days later to speak to the manager in person who was clearly only concerned about money. Her answer would either be “you should have said something right after the massage” or “you should have said something in the beginning so I could change the masseuse” or “if you want me to refund you I cannot do that now”. Instead of reacting and immediately being defensive, you should at least try and understand it from the customers point of view and be empathetic. We are paying you for a service and expect a certain standard to be met. We are not asking for a high end massage but you should not be employing someone who is just simply rubbing oil on someone for 1 hour. I’ve read the other reviews and can see that several others have had very similar experiences. We will not be returning and will ensure our family and friends are aware too. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professional service and care. We hope you can take this as valuable feedback and improve your service.

This place is outstanding. No words can describe the respect and the sense of serenity you feel. You would not expect the experience you do, when walking into a shopping centre complex for a massage. The photo gives you what you need and more, when it comes to what to expect with your treatment. The prices are the same you would pay at your standard massage place where you sit up and have people watch you as they walk by. I will visit time and time again.

This is my favourite massage spot. I think you get so much more than a standard massage. Leon is fantastic, I tend to go in after being sore from training at the gym and life in general. I’ve walked in with sore shoulders and walked out feeling completely released. I’ve never had a bad massage here and whilst it’s firm it’s also never painful. Highly recommend a full body and reflexology. I recommend to all my friends and family.

I've been a couple of times now and had a full body massage, I train most times 6 days a week so having a deep tissue massage is important. Both occasions I had my massage with Leon, who check if pressure was strong enough and will come back again. Will recommend him to friends and family

I must say it wasn’t worth $110/60min … the massage therapist was nice but her technique was disappointing… no flow, uneven and missed pressure points a lot. Also it was so hard to communicate with as she barely can speak English. Felt like wasted my time and money…

Had my 60-minute remedial massage with Polly. The massage is excellent. Highly recommended. She worked on all my sore points without me telling it. Would definitely come back next month :)
