This is the first time I will be writing a review and unfortunately, it's a negative one. I went to have a remedial massage today, and specifically ticked the spots I wanted them to concentrate on as I filled out the form. I also asked for a 1 hour session. I went in the room and the gentleman started massaging my back, and I can tell straight away that he didn't check the form that I filled out, because he just did some random "scrubbing" on my back. Don't get me wrong, pressure and all was good, but most of it were just random scrubbing and "Oil spreading". I tried to communicate with him by pointing at the spots and all I got were grunts of some sort. He spent a good half an hour spreading oil on my back and legs, (Take note, I did not ask for legs massage) with occasional pressured touches. After that, he had my lied on my back, and he started massaging my head. I cannot believe he spent a good 15 mins playing, literally playing with my ears with the gentlest, almost creepy touches. then he started spreading lotion on my temples, then back to twiddling my ears and earlobes. It was very uncomfortable. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, he started scratching my hair. I know it can be part of the massage routine but man, he again spent a good 5-7 mins doing it! After a more fiddling and pressing and scrubbing, he tapped me on the shoulder and said "finished". Reception was good, staff are friendly and the ambience is great don't get me wrong, I was so disappointed with the massage I received, with the fact that my private health only covers one remedial massage per year and I had to pay $80 out of pocket. there you go.

This review i have submitted 13/08/2022 I went here yesterday morning(12/08/22) and asked for a relaxing massage... Repeatedly i had to tell the person doing my massage to be gentle and softer and that would last a few seconds and she returned to massaging me and pressing her elbow on my shoulder blades, later on last night i went to stretch and i almost screamed in pain, This morning ( 13/08/22) i had to go see my physiotherapist and he could barely touch my shoulder blades and my upper back because it was so tender to the touch and painful. I rang them and complained , told them it felt like i was bashed with a baseball bat on my upper back, and all the lady said was to come back and she would give me another massage, i told her i wanted a refund (i paid $50) all she was willing to do is a $25 voucher or a $25 refund... basically deflecting everything and making excuses. I got so upset i told her to keep the money and i was never going to return to that place again.... I do not recommend this place to anyone, i am extremely disappointed

The masuses here were very good and maybe the best massages ive had about 6 months to a year ago in my experience but lately the price has gone up and quality gone down. On my last 2 massages I pointed to the exact area of my arm I needed massaged from holding the baby yet they did every other bit except that. I would only go to this massage shop but I will be trying another one next time if they are going to not do the exact target area I specify and have consistently been too soft last few visits.

I have been attending here for 3 years every fortnight without fail. It is truly an amazing place and service until today. I had an hour massage ($100) by a gentleman who could not speak a word of English. It was the worst massage I’ve had in my life. If you attend, always request the females. This guy had no idea what he was doing and when I tried to communicate with him, he just smiled at me. So disappointed!!!! I left like nothing had happened.

I went with my mother and sister for a massage. Staff have zero communication skills. My mum was saying the areas which were concerning her, and the man massaging her was just laughing at her and really didn't care, he blamed my mums 70kg weight on causing her pain/problems. All three of us agreed. It was a very soft massage, didn't feel good. Would not return.

I can't believe it. I have been to this shop 2 times but Old ladies talk to each other so loudly. And non-stop talking all hour. I did 30 mins in the room then 30 mins foot massage. One of them talked and yelled in front of other customers. No one says sorry or anything.

I just had the best back massage and cupping today from Leon. He is definitely a pro at what he does. I walked out of there feeling way better then when I walked in. I would definitely recommend Leon at My place massage for anyone suffering from back aches and pains.

This is the best place for relaxing your body and soul. Staffs are well trained, specially focus on your main part of your body that needs to be fixed. Strongly recommend for all kinds of massages and medical health refund.

I paid $80 for the lady to keep walking out and talking to new customers and constantly stroking my shoulders down to my hips and now it’s so sore. She even realised she was doing it bad and said sorry we are low on staff.

Could improve ! Good massages. Need to assign one person to handle new customers. Nothing more annoying than having a massage and then being interrupted every so often by staff getting up to greet new customers.

Do not go here! You ask for a package 2 and then when you go inside ask you if you want oil and then charge you $100 at the end for a 1 hour oil massage that is rubbish.

I just had a one and half hour massage with Mia, she was a lady but with strong and magic hands, fix my back problem for yrs. Definitely be back to her soon.

Was a wonderful experience. Staff work professionally and friendly. After massage, I felt much better with my tennis elbow. Highly recommended!
