The expertise and service of Dr Wynn at this clinic was laughable. She showed very little empathy or understanding. My daughter was very uncomfortable with her on two seperate occasions. It seemed as if all she wanted to do was move through patients as quickly as possible. The lack of knowledge was evident when we had to return after a misdiagnosis. Only after my wife and i returned demanding further action did we received a letter to a specialist with our daughters referral. The specialist was quite puzzled as incorrect information had been placed in the referral letter. Perhaps if she wasn’t so concerned about checking her phone every 2 seconds, she would have been able to listen to us and come up with a correct diagnosis. I’m unsure why the clinic would think it’s in the public’s best interest to hire under trained doctors. Dr Wynn would be suitable if you only required a medical certificate, however if it is a professional practitioner you seek, I suggest you look for them elsewhere. On a positive note (the only) Ladies at the front desk were very lovely, apologised numerous times for the wait time. Also making an effort to make our little one feel comfortable before and after our encounter. (UPDATE) Out of character? On two seperate occasions? Please! The response to my review speaks largely about your entire service, including those running it. Of course you’d be having trouble finding my name in the data base, considering the appointment was for my daughter, booked under my wife’s maiden name also my daughters last name. I have never attended your service for myself, and the second visit was to correct what was done during the first. I gave my feedback in person on two seperate occasions. It is obvious this doctor (I use that term lightly) decided not to share my frustrations with management. Google reviews has been made for this exact purpose! To assist the public when making decisions about a place. These have been my families experiences with this service and staff! An appropriate timeframe was given to discuss the matter and that was not met, even after waiting a number of weeks, so my review stands! Thanks!

This is the best medical clinic I have ever been to!! If I could give them a 10 I would. Love, Love love Dr. Fariha Kabir!!! I’ve been seeing her for over a year now and from the very first time I met her she quickly impressed me with her professionalism, friendliness and medical knowledge. She is extremely genuine, caring and compassionate and always takes the time to answer all my questions. She explains information thoroughly so that you understand exactly what’s going on. She is an exceptional and diligent doctor and I have not met a GP like her before. The bonus is that whenever I have visited her, she has put a smile on my face. She has a wonderful sense of humour and makes me laugh no matter what. Thank you so much Dr. Kabir for always taking care of me. My husband also has a wonderful experience with Dr. James Aitken. He needed to do a skin procedure and the medical clinic was closing for the day. It was also a Sunday, but Dr. Aitken offered to do the operation regardless and went above and beyond. He took his time and performed the procedure carefully, the results were excellent!!! The entire team is fabulous and friendly. The nurse there, Payal, is another great asset to this medical clinic. She is super talented, makes you feel comfortable and takes the utmost care when she is drawing blood, you don't feel a thing. Oh and I have to mention Alex and Sarah who are the receptionists, they are so awesome!!! They have always done their best to accommodate me and you can tell that they really care about the needs of their patients. Thank you lovely ladies for all your hard work. :)) I highly recommend Dr. Fariha Kabir and Dr. James Aitken. If you want a GP who genuinely cares, I’d visit them. Thank you so much to the team and the doctors at MyHealth Medical Castle Towers, you guys are the best!!!!

I had an infected sore toe for the past 3 years. My toe always got infected becoming red and very painful. I became a frequent flyer of my family doctor to get more oral antibiotics. Tablets I took in the past only gave short term symptoms reliefs and then nightmares start all over again. It was a very fearful experience for me to manage my nails as it was extremely ingrown and painful.  Sometimes, the weight of a single layer of bed sheet on my toe could cause me a great deal of agony. I am very glad that I met Michael He the Chinese podiatrist.  I contacted Michael, he checked a picture of my toe, and immediately he arranged an urgent surgery for me in the same week. Michael is very approachable, experienced, and professional. My toenail surgery went very well. Michael kept chatting to me throughout the surgery. I hardly felt any pain. My ingrown nail and inflamed swollen skin were all surgically removed. After the surgery, Michael extended his care by contacting me regularly to check my wound healing progress. My toe finally now is infection free, ingrown nail free and pain free.  I finally can enjoy a long walk or run without worrying about my toe.  Many thanks Michael again.  Driving from Wollongong to Sydney to see you was a very smart move.

Not sure if my review will make any difference as I can see all negative rating for this practice is due to Dr Kabir and no action has been taken yet. I will second all the reviewers about her bad, rude and unpleasant behaviour. She never smiles and is very awkward to deal with. I came here with my son who caught his first, very bad cold and she just asked me to go to the pharmacy and get an anti allergy. When I asked which brand, dose and how often should I give it to him, she rudely replied that just ask the pharmacist. As all of you may know, there are thousands of anti allergy brands in the aisle and most of them are not even recommended for children under 6 months of age. As a first time mom, ofcourse I wanted the doctor to guide me rather than simply getting an answer "ask the pharmacist". If she had to treat us like that I wouldnt have bothered paying her the fee which the pharmacist would have done it for free! People like to take their children to a doctor who is friendly, polite and smiling rather than such a rude arrogant lady like her! Not sure why is she still practicing here after knowing she is the main culprit for you bad rating.

Just came back after seeing Dr Kabir for the first time whom this review is all about and I see that there are others who have complained about her cold and unfriendly behaviour. Well, I experienced it today after she kept me waiting for 35 mins from the appointed time with no show of a sorry smile or an apology. It was as if she wanted me out of her hair as soon as possible. The next part that happened was something that I never expected or experienced so far from a doctor. That is lying to a patient straight in the face. I asked if I could do a virus/Covid test and she straight away told me that they do not do it there. While my son who also had an appointment today with another doctor at myhealth had the virus/Covid test done and he is now waiting for the results. Also 3 months back, I had the same Covid test done with another doctor at myhealth. I mentioned this to the doctor and she just kept quiet and handed me my prescription. I am not sure if myhealth checks the reviews as this is incorrect information being provided by a doctor about a medical institute to its patients.

Podiatrist JiaChun(Michael) He,I am writing this review to express my utmost gratitude and appreciation for Dr. JiaChun(Michael) He's exceptional medical expertise and compassionate care. As a diabetic patient, I have experienced firsthand how Dr. He goes above and beyond to treat his patients like family. He pays special attention to the sensitivity of my foot nerves and conducts thorough examinations during each visit, enabling early detection of potential issues. Furthermore, I had been struggling with an ingrown toenail on my big toe for years, but thanks to Dr. He's outstanding treatment, it has finally healed completely. Not only is his technique remarkable, but he also ensures a pain-free experience throughout the process, alleviating my worries and discomfort. Dr. He is undeniably a remarkable physician who deserves the highest recommendation. His dedication to his patients' well-being, combined with his exceptional skills, has resolved my long-standing concerns. I went there, the first time, as my eye is itching, registered my medicare card, spent a few minutes with the GP and got a prescription for the eye drops, and went away. With big "Bulk Billing" hanging on the door, they called me back for the payment. The lady apologized and said the "bulk billing" sign should be taken off bal bla. thats ok, but the bad thing is that the white young lady from reception, who I talked to when came in the first time, was lying, she insisted that she have already confirmed with me that I need to pay. Actually she just asked me if it is the first time being there, then asked me to scan a barcode to register online, then asked me to sit down and wait. not even talk more than that. I don't think they will take down the "Bulk Billing" sign soon even though it could be done in seconds, so just be aware and ask them first. Not for how much you need to pay, but the hassles and the feeling, and the time you may be wasting.

I had booked the appt and said that I need typhoid vaccine for the whole family. I was told that the weekend I needed to cover the gap payment of $40 per person, $160 in total. I was happy to paid this if it meant we would get the vaccine. When we turned up there were only 2 typhoid vacs available so my wife and I would need to get the vacs somewhere else, our children got the vacs that the practise had. We were told that the doc would give us a prescription and we could go and get the vac from a chemist and they can fill the prescription and inject it. Unfortunately no chemist in the area does the injection of the vac. Which mean if I want to go back to my doc at myhealth, I would need to pay the gap again, possibly another $80 in total. I tried to call back and ask if it was possible to only see the nurse but the reception said that she would need to book me in again and I would need to pay the gap again. Ridiculous.

Made an appointment for flu vaccination for my kids. I was there 10mins earlier than the scheduled appointment. Waited for a good 20mins with 2 anxious kids and no sign of the doctor. Approached the receptionist only to be told Dr is running late!! Why wasn't I informed early? I could have opted for the next available Dr! By the time the Dr came we were 30 mins behind the schedule. And only to be told my kids are unwell and not fit to take vaccine. Why didn't they do the precheck while we were waiting? It was such a waste of time. I drove to another medical centre for a walk in appointment right after that and the Dr at the other medical centre thoroughly checked my kids. They were perfectly fit to take the vaccination and got theirs there. Done! Will not recommend this place if you're not familiar with the Dr. We booked in with Dr Kabir as Dr Weber wasn't available.

Dr Ellite Fang has been my family GP for 5 years looking after my big family's heath (including old parents and young kids) for different types of medical cases. Apart from his professional treatment, his caring and warm attitude to the patient always touches me. As he is willing to spend time with patient to understand the root cause on each medical case and tries his best to provide the support. Apart from Dr Ellite Fang, I have also seen Dr Rosie Wang and Dr Victor Gong for different medical reasons, Both of them are professional, friendly and supportive as well! Highly recommend Dr Rosie Wang for pap smear as you hardly had any pain. In short, the personal touch, the friendly staff and the professional skills really makes the clinics outstanding and unique from other clinics in the Hills. We are quite blessed to find such trust worthy clinics in Hills community.

Very poor patient service, unethical practice and an utter waste of time. (doctor was really nice though ) We booked this appointment for travel vaccinations for our little one. We arrived early for 6.45pm appointment on 9th Feb 2023 waited till 6.55pm when taken in by the doctor. She went to treatment room to find the vaccine however the nurse inside quickly said "vaccine is out of stock" and that they are going to close practice in next in 2 minutes!. The doctor tried to help us asking if we can buy it from the nearby pharmacy she would administer the vaccine however nurse kept saying "no no we are going to close soon" so no much luck. 1. why did they book an appointment for travel vaccination if they do not have it in their stock? 2. why did they waste our time even after we arrived for the appointment in advance? We do not recommend this practice.

My whole family are all regular patients in this health centre. All receptionists are wonderful and helpful. We usually see Dr Fang, he is super knowledgeable and patient. But Dr Kabir only deserves 2 star or less. I saw her twice. The most recent time is because I prefer a female Dr for pap smear test and my baby developed red rash. I booked 2 appointments and she only saw us for about 10 min. She was really very impatient and unprofessional. I felt extremely painful and sore when she did pap smear test. I asked her why ? She just said it's because you just had a baby, that's why. There were no eye-contacts and sense of care. Maybe she is qualified to be a GP academically, but she surely doesn' t have any passion to be a good doctor. I hope someone in charge can see my review and hire another experienced female Doctor.

My daughter had a plantar wart for over 3 years. In the past, I visited GP and other podiatrist many times, despite of multiple different treatments, the wart persisted. I am glad I saw Michael’s poster at the front of the medical centre. Booking with Michael is straightforward, the reception lady was kind and helpful. In the first consult with Michael, Michael removed the entire wart. Michael’s surgical skill in skin area is second to none. The wart never returned, there was also no scar. During the wound healing, Michael followed up with me every few days to make sure my daughter was OK. The result of surgery is simply excellent! My daughter finally can happily and comfortably go to her swimming classes. Michael is friendly, polite and professional, I would highly recommend him.

I want to express a very big thank you to My health medical centre and to the Chinese podiatrist Michael He. My son had ingrown nails issues for a very long time. His toenail often become red, painful and purulent. We consulted Michael who helped us to arrange an urgent toenail surgery. Michael is lovely and friendly, everything he explained was very easy to understand, and everything was direct to the point. Michael is very skilled and professional; my son hardly felt any pain during the procedure. After the toenail surgery, Michael often follows up with us to ensure everything goes as planned. In just few weeks, my son’s foot is totally recovered, and he does not complain about his toes anymore. I would highly recommand Michael.

In the past, I always suffered from ingrown nail problems and skin edge infections. At one point, I went to a general surgeon who operated my toe under GA. Nevertheless, my ingrown nail issue persisted. I was glad I was referred to Dr He on time. Dr He contacted me almost straight away, and he helped me to arrange the toenail surgery appointment very quickly. My toenail surgery was performed by Dr . He smoothly. After the surgery, Dr He followed up on me a few times to ensure my ingrown nail has not reoccurred. A few months are gone, and my toe is completely recovered. I don’t have any ingrown nails or pain anymore. Most importantly, I don’t need to worry about my toenail problems anymore. Thanks again Dr.He.

Since a teenager, I have been keep getting ingrown nail problems. I always have to take antibiotics as my toes often become very red and painful. I visited Dr. Michael a few weeks ago. My toenail surgery was performed on the same day without any further delay. My wound after surgery, healed well without any dramas. Michael followed up with me to ensure my wound healing was non- problematic. My ingrown nail problems are finally stopped. Michael is very approachable, knowledgeable, skilled and patient. Michael explained everything in simple terms. And he listens to his patient with respects. I just wish I could have met him much earlier, that would have saved me so much pain.

Friendly staff, however, their receptionists seem to have very limited knowledge about medical vaccines. I saw a doctor who advised me to come in on early July with the vaccine purchased from Chemist, and see a nurse to get the injection. But when I called to make sure they have nurse availability, the receptionists had no idea what vaccine that is and what is the procedure. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and eventually decided to book in a consultation with the same doctor again to get everything sorted. Their phone system was playing up as well, every time when I was put on hold, it will connect me to a new receptionist and I had to explain again.

My son had ingrown nail and was treated with antibiotics initially for infection and heavy exudate by GP. But the infection came back again in a few weeks. I contacted the podiatrist Michael and sent him the pictures. He told me that antibiotic treatment just temporarily relieved the symptoms and would happen again and again. So he did ingrown toe nail removal on our first visit in Dec and it took a few weeks to heal . The follow up is excellent and I was worried about the wound initially and Michael reviewed the post-surgery wound photos I sent almost every day and reassured the proper wound care. It healed now and hope it wouldn’t happen again.

I must commend Dr. Michael He, a skilled and patient podiatrist, for his excellent medical skills and meticulous techniques. He resolved my long-standing foot problem, and I didn't feel any pain during the treatment process. After the treatment, he provided reasonable and not overly complicated medication instructions. My daughter recommended him to me and my husband, and our entire family is now loyal fans of Dr. He. He can solve any foot problem with ease. The experience of visiting his clinic is more like visiting a long-time friend, and he removes stubborn ailments through relaxed conversations. Highly recommended.

In the past, I had put up with a lot of discomfort and pain because of my ingrown nail problem.  When pain flares up, it affects my walking, my sleeping quality, and my work.  It was so lucky that I consulted Michael He, the podiatrist who did my toenail surgery.  Michael is excellent, he simply put an end to my ingrown nail problem.  The part of nail that always caused me problem never came back. I can finally enjoy walking freely without feeling any pain on my foot. I also can buy some nice style shoes which in past many years I would not able to wearing! Many thanks to podiatrist Michael.

This review is for Dr. Michael He. My mum has ongoing ingrown nail problem for many years. In the past, her toenails were pull out completely twice in China, nevertheless, the nail still grew back and caused her significant grief. I am glad I took my mum to see Michael. The podiatrist performed her toenail surgery. After the surgery, the ingrown nail issue is truly resolved, issues never occurred again. Michael is patient, caring and skilled. After surgery, Michael regularly followed up with us to ensure the wound healing took place smoothly. Many thanks Michael! :)

We were asked to come 10min before our booked time for Flu vaccine which we did. The Med centre staff were busy in a meeting and there was a note on the door about it that meeting was till 1:30. We waited a full 30min more with no one at front desk. The staff should have at least informed all the patients waiting and wondering how long it will take to be attended to.and if the meeting was running late. Disappointed with the poor service and lack of respect of people’s time .Thankfully the doctor was lovely and apologetic about the wait when feedback was given.

No one at the centre reception desk for 35minutes. We had a 1:30pm appointment we had reached 10 minutes earlier as we were requested to do so when making a booking, I didn’t get to see the Dr until 1:55pm We were advised that they were busy as there was a meeting that went over time. I am sure the medical centre would not appreciate it if patients came late without informing them The centre should have not taken bookings if they were not sure to be able to see the patients, else there should have been someone there at the reception area

I was supposed to give 5 for the nice, accommodating and helpful staff every time I go there with my husband for his consultation. But I’m giving 3 stars because of the doctor/GP who checked me seems new and she doesn’t know how to probe. She told me to isolate myself but didn’t recommend how long should I take my rest. I wanted to do blood test and ultrasound but she didn’t say anything about it. I should have consulted my husband’s GP instead. I wasted money as I have to go to another doctor 2 days after.

I'd like to recommend Dr Meliza Weber to every one who looks for a very knowledgeable and caring GP that I have been looking for a very long time. She was caring enough to follow up my test results on her day off. Also, she made lots of effort to get in touch with the pathology lab and different specialist doctors to ensure that I'm getting the right diagnosis and treatment. My son visited the podiatrist Dr Michael He for his toenail issue, he was very patient and explained everything clearly to make us feel confidence to do the operation and he did such an amazing job. During the visit, Michael was very quick and efficient, he knew exactly the best treatment for my son’s issue straight away. He is very knowledgeable and professional . He did the procedure neat and clean, and my son had a good recovery. He was also easy to reach if I had any questions after the operation .

I visited the podiatrist Dr Michael He for my toenail issue, he did such an amazing job on it that I never thought it would be fixed. I had a very stubborn giant plantar wart which has been painful for the past 6 years. Over the past, I have tried multiple treatments with no clinical success. I came to see Michael He 3 months ago, the wart surgical removal procedure was carried out on the same day.  My post procedure recovery was smooth, the wart was completely eradicated, and I am very satisfied with the result.  Michael is caring, friendly, professional, and skilled, I would highly recommend him for anything foot related.

I came to see the Doctor with my sore shoulder and painful toe. The reception area was very clean and tidy. Receptionists-Mandy, Alexandra, Molly and Sara are always welcoming people with a warm welcome and a wonderful smile. Dr. Elliott was very kind, professional and informative. Podiatrist Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed my toe in two visits. Physiotherapist Trung was patient, skillful and experienced. I really like them and highly recommend this medical centre.

Such an unprofessional team, Had an appointment with Dr Kabir, seems she had a bad day and didn’t bother to talk. I needed repeat for my prescription and she was not even asking about my pain which I mentioned before. End of appointment she was not even saying goodbye. I heard from other people to not book any appointment with her but I desperately needed my prescription and check up. I hope you start realising your job is more than writing prescriptions and giving attitude to patients.

My whole family has been coming to this clinic for about 3 years now. Very knowledgeable and experienced doctors, helped us solve most of our problems. The waiting time is a bit long, even if you make an appointment and show up on time, you usually still have to wait for more than an hour. It has also become a mixed billing clinic since last year, with a $20 gap fee on weekdays and $40 on weekends. Not ideal but most GPs charge gap fees these days so we’ll probably still come back.

Save yourself the journey this place makes you book your appointments only to make you wait up to an hour past your booking time to actually have your appointment! EVERY SINGLE TIME! Receptionists rarely have a friendly attitude and now they're no longer doing bulk billing but require a gap payment no matter the day of the week you visit. Absolutely no reason to choose this medical centre anymore. Location may be nice but thankfully there’s many other centres in the area!

I booked an appointment with Dr Talal Serhan. I left the center that day with my daughter whom the appointment was for feeling completely shocked by the consultation i received from this doctor. He was so rude and impolite and i left feeling angry, judged and confused. I will not be seeing this Dr ever again he was horrible. Dr James Aitken is amazing...he's so friendly and treats his patients with respect. The reception staff are also amazing and always helpful.

I have been going to myhealth for years now, primarily for the lovely doctors I do encounter at the practice. Dr Meliza Webber is the kindest most compassionate doctor. She’s truly so friendly and welcoming, never in a rush. I will never book with Dr Kabir again. Out of desperation, I have seen her about 3 times in the past and my encounter was unpleasant and rushed. She is indeed a doctor in need of counselling to facilitate and improve her bedside manner.

I had a disappointing looking fungal nail for a few years.  In the past I tried so many topical antifungals to treat it but unluckily, nothing had worked.  I always felt embarrassed to wear sandals because of my toenail.  I came to see Michael – the podiatrist in Feb this year, in the matter of 3 weeks, my fungal nails were completely removed.  Now my healthy nail is nearly fully grown, I am so satisfied with the result.

Dr Wynn is amazing!!! I have had SEVERE allergy problems ever since I moved to Australia two years ago. Literally one day I sneezed so much i couldn’t get ready and I was late to a meeting. After one appointment with her, my sneezing has stopped!! She put me on a two different nose sprays that built immunity for my nose to all the dust. Praise God!! Great treatment, and nice building too. Highly Recommend Dr. Wynn

Very bad experience. My first time visiting and the reception lady got my name wrongly and waiting for 40 mins.. asked me to come back another time.. Very bad! Didn't know that she got my name wrongly!! I made an apponitment if there is different name on the booking system why she didn't check with me when I register! Their fee double during weekend then why don't care about client's time on weekend!

This is a very disappointing experience. The doctor's attitude is very good, but the appointment time arranged by the hospital is very unreasonable. I made an appointment for vaccination at 3 o'clock and waited for an hour and a half. I made an appointment for this time, am I just waiting there to waste time? This is very disappointing because this time it caused me to delay my later itinerary.

Well I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars because my recent experiences have been good. Although i decided not to visit them again, but I had to because my kid was sick and no appointments were available at other near by centres. And I was happy with the experience. They have definitely improved and managing appointments in a better way. Doctors and staff are polite and welcoming.

Unprofessional, no patient centred care by Dr. Hassan Raza. Dismissed my illness as allergies, when I tried to explain that this is not how I present with allergies (sore swollen throat, fever, yellow mucus) told me that I don't know how allergies affect me. Didn't take into consideration that my family have all had sinus infections recently. Very poor effort would not recommend.

Every health care professional is very dedicated. If things don’t go as expected, they will see you through to a resolution free of charge: I was with Michael He (Podiatrist) and Dr Victor Gong (GP) and neither charged me extra when complications appeared with my toe surgery, and Michael followed up with my progress extensively through text and regular in person checkups.

I like to send my daughter here when she is sick. The doctors are very logical and to the point with less chit chat (in my case). I get some very good advice on best strategy forward for the health of my family. Sometimes my bookings are late (book earlier) but I get the feeling that the doctors are efficient and diagnosing their patients as thoroughly as they can.

I have been with most doctors here and from my experience, please be aware of these ones: -Fariya Kabir -Hassan Raza They are usually available till the very last minute and it is for a reason. They simply just dont care about you, nor at least try to show any sympathy. They are incompetent as a doctor with no medical knowledges and doesnt wanna deal with patients.

Michael the Podiatrist helped remove an extremely stubborn plantar wart. I had tried every over the counter medicine and remedy to no avail. He accurately diagnosed the treatment and had it removed straight away. Completely healed. His after support and care is amazing. Could not recommend him enough. I had a deformed large toenail which had caused me so much trouble in the past. I am glad Michael performed toenail surgery. The ugly nail has never returned. Nail plate area is replaced by a thin layer of skin. I am very happy with the final result. Michael is very competent in skin and nail surgery.
