I've been here inside the branch once and it was about 4 years ago when I opened my account with them. The service was nice and friendly guy who assisted me. If you need assistance in person, I suggest you to make an appointment with them so you can speak to the staff or to the branch manager. Otherwise, you can contact their support through your NAB Mobile app Live Chat as well

Ignore the advertised opening hours for this branch. They seem to close whenever they like. Okay for me as I can drive, but felt really sorry for the elderly ladies out front, who had walked in the rain to do their banking, only to find it closed.
