I've been trying to update my name as I'm married and it's legally changed... been unable to do this at this branch two days in a row now. First day they didn't have enough time, told me to come back another day by 3.30. So I did that, plenty of time and told again, they can't do it, come back and make an appointment! Absolutely no care for peoples time. Uncaring and rude staff also. I won't bother with this branch and have escalated it with NAB and lodged a formal complaint. You wait in line for ages as only two tellers available, then get to the desk and they never have to the time to help with your issue anyway! You have to take time off work to get there by closing time, then are so dismissive of you when you get there.

After days on the phone and internet trying to sort out issues with my credit card Alexandra in the bank fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Maybe more face to face contact, with mask on of course, and less trying to communicate with a computerised phone answering system, is the way forward.

Worst experience they haven’t resolve issue. I took off from day and visit the bank to get an app setting and the person said issue is resolved but it still the same. They are just pretending they are doing something else they are not problem solver.

If you want an incompetent bank manager to deal with, go to this branch... I have never ever dealt with someone so ridiculous.. something that should take at most 3 weeks, has now been dragging on for 3 months!!!

Sha....n from help info need costumer training. But Diana or Di she is fantastic asset by NAB she help me to all I need in my internet banking and mobile apps I give her 5stars out of 5.

Modern atm's able to perform withdrawal and deposit, feel very unsafe visiting after hours, became a shelter for homeless people and their pet dog's, nab has to work on this issue.

Worst place to come, ATM never accept cash, tellers won’t take cash. Coin machine never works. Pointless branch if you want to deal with real money. No care for the little guy.
