This is the worst NAB Branch I’ve ever experienced. I am a loyal NAB Business Partner, but when it comes to this branch, forget it. I was in the usual Slow Queue today, only two customer service cubicles. I dropped off my coins in the express coin unit at 11.47am on the 29th of Nov today. I then stood in the queue, waiting for ages. Other customers were extremely frustrated, this is normal for NAB Berwick. One customer finally got served by Bella… He talked about interest rates and everything on this earth, it was infuriating to listen to. Bella, rather than advising the customer to look online, or call the advise line, suggested he open a difference account, it will only take 5 minutes!!! The queue was so long a NAB staff member appeared from an office, she asked a customer in front of me if she could assist him, then came me. I said to her “why do you have only two service desks ? Why don’t you arrange appointments for customers that have complicated issues? you have two unoccupied rooms!!! She didn’t respond, just walked off. When I finally got served by Bella, I asked her why she didn’t advise the previous customer to do his research on interest rates on line or call the NAB advise line !!! Bella just looked at me like I wasn’t there. At the time, there was another NAB service attendant, he was doing the best he could. I believe NAB management should send in colleagues to whiteness this branch in action. I’ve never experienced anything like it before, I’ve also been with the NAB for over 35years, mainly in the Business Sector. Would love to see change ASAP Regards Gary
Upon initial consultation staff tried to sell me life insurance at a extra cost that I was already entitled to with another of their products(Now I find out this was common practice as uncovered in the banking Royal Commission). Then, for some reason my key card did not reach my P.O. Box. I reordered my key card. Three months later it still has not landed. After not receiving any feedback or call back from manager relating to other business enquires I called the mobile banker who made three separate promises relating to three enquires. You guessed it. Two months later, no resolution to any of the enquires. Very poor communication and follow up. I am now looking to take my business to another financial institution. Berwick NAB has literally wasted my time.
I bank with NAB for fifty years I visited this branch today I will never visit this branch ever again and I'm going to change banks all together.So I went to Oakley branch today and have a excellent service the lady by the Name Christobelle she give me everything and excellent service thanks CHRISTOBELLE . NOT WERE NEAR LIKE BERWICK BRANCH yesterday.
I absolutely love this bank, the staff are exceptional and as well as being so friendly I know them personally as well as professionally Mary is an absolute angel she is fantastic with me and helping me with my banking. My only negative point is the parking it's not easy to get a parking out the front. But other than that the staff are amazing.
Absolutely fantastic service. After my terrible experience last time. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with an amazing staff member by the name of Mary Phutully. She helped me open a new account and solved some issues I was having. Couldn't have asked for better service at all. Well done NAB, you have redeemed yourself.

Unfortunately there is no option for ZERO stars. Absolutely hopeless staff. Very unorganised. No customer service skills whatsoever. It wasn't just us either, as there was two there customers that were frustrated as well. Won't be returning
Turned up to deposit coins in the coin counter. It was out of order. Stood in line for 35 minutes with one teller serving one customer. The line didn’t move!! No staff and no one cares. Nice to see the branch is finally open for a change.
5 weekends in a row I have come in to use the self service Cash Exchange and 5 weeks in a row it isn't working. Please fix this! I am a small biz operator and can only make it in on weekends. Very poor experience on 5 occasions.
Friendly customer service. Very professional at this branch. Management and staff very skilled and professional towards customers needs. NAB Internet Banking Computer access available onsite.
Very Disappointing service in this Bank. I have made an international money transfer and after 10 days still did not go through and I end up paying lots of penalty due to their slow service.
This is a shame ! Opening hours say branch open from 9 to 5 but it’s always closed Really disappointing they’re not even responsible to update …
Attended branch today for second time and surprise surprise - systems are down.....Close this branch down as no point being open!
