Excellent customer service. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with NAB Point cook. Special thanks to Michael Zannon for going out of his way to get everything sorted for me. My second time dealing with NAB Point cook and never been disappointed. You have a customer for life.

Horrendous branch and horrendous customer service. Went to open a bank account for my daughter on her birthday.. They kept us waiting for 45 mins on a relatively uncrowded afternoon without bothering to keep us engaged! Would never want to do business with such a bank!!

One of the worst customer service. The man was so impatient and disrespectful that we felt he would physically send us away. That is an experience I never thought I would witness in Australia.
I thought the sales cons was nice (did the job properly) but turns out he didint do the job properly. As a result, I had TWO PROBLEMS WITH THE ACCOUNT.

Went to the branch to verify my Id told me needs to bring passport and Medicare. Want home using phone to verify my ID only needs my drive licence.
