I was a first time customer with Lad Auto, and let me tell you what an amazing experience I had, they were able to get me in right away with a brake issue I was having, Samantha was great to deal with and her customer service was exceptional, the mechanic was very informative when I picked up my vehicle he explained everything he did to correct my issue I was having, not only did they give me a fair price but they went above an beyond and cleaned my vehicle for me! - I have never been to a mechanical shop where they take Pre and Post photos before, their level of professionalism is something I have never experienced before. I wanted to call them the next day an speak to the manager and tell them how amazing their staff and my experience was, but they are closed on the weekends, I still plan on calling and telling them. I am highly impressed with everything from start to finish, I most certainly will be returning, I usually take my vehicle to the Honda Dealer as its a newer vehicle but I won't hesitate to chose a shop now that I have been to Lads Auto Repair Shop! Routine service at 50k. Dealership quoted over 1K for service items that, while the maintenance schedule says should be checked, did not necessarily to be done (fluid flushed when fluids were still looking brand new and levels all good). LAD’s did all the checks and sent me an email with a link of the inspection with actual photos of what did need doing (air and cabin filter). It was a photo of my air filter not even a stock photo. It was like being there and being given a tour of my vehicle. They also took the time to explain over the phone why they didn’t need to do the expensive flushes that the dealership quoted and ask if I wanted to change the filters before they did. Saved me $800 on routine maintenance. I will not be going anywhere else with any of my vehicle. It is pretty far from where I live but they shuttled me to where I needed to go so no issues at all. AMAZING SHOP! My engine light came on in my Mercedes sedan and it accompanied a very rough idle and power loss. I hadn't been to LAD's previously but their great reviews and free shuttle service caught my eye and I dropped my car off in the morning before work. Samantha at reception was so friendly and kind and then once I was in the system, Dave shuttled me to work. Wow, Dave has to be the most genuinely nice man I've met in a long time! He was also the one who worked on my vehicle and I couldn't have been happier. They diagnosed and fixed the engine issue (closed spark plug gap) and provided me with a quote for potential work that needed to be done, but unlike other shops, they didn't go ahead with additional work until I gave them the ok! The cost was well under what I was expecting and the service was top top notch! Thank you LAD's for an amazing experience! :)

I have had the pleasure of having work done on my vehicle at Lad's Auto, an Autopro shop. My experiences have been excellent. The staff has been well trained to be service and people oriented, although it appears that an upfront hiring process was very thorough. I like the fact that (1) I can take my vehicle there and know beyond a doubt that no sales pitch is given for extra work that may not be necessary (2) that I am treated with courtesy and respect and (3) that I come away from their shop more informed about my vehicle and also (4) that Ladsauto is a one stop location for any work on a vehicle by contolled outsourcing of bodywork, cleaning etc. I highly recommend this Shop, including the personal attention from the front service representative, to the shop technician and the courtesy driver.

LAD's Auto have been in business for many years. I like that! They're my go to repair and maintenance shop. I first learned of this business while working for NAPA Auto Parts as an Operations and later, an IT manager. Our outside and inside sales staff always spoke highly about LADs professional service, reliability and cutting edge forward looking approach to business. I have grown to completely rely on their advice and service. I live in NW Calgary; Lad's are in the SE ...I drive almost 1 hour to get to them. There are many shop choices available to me, most of them closer and more convenient ...I will continue to take my vehicle to LADs for service for the foreseeable future.

Earlier this year I brought our family vehicle in for servicing - our power steering line had to be replaced. Somewhere between being quoted for the work and the job being finished there was a discrepancy in price. Dave (the owner) was very quick to take responsibility for the staff's misunderstanding and to resolve the issue. Furthermore, he went out of his way to ensure that we were valued as a repeat customer - and this really stood out to me. The service technicians have always done good work for us, but I was particularly impressed with Dave as an individual and business owner, and will continue servicing all of our vehicles at L.A.D.'s Auto in the future. Highly recommended. Always communicate well on the work to be done and timing. Love the pictures provided as part of the diagnoses as well. In my case had a fairly large bill on an older vehicle. Kim provided knowledgeable explanations and helped with options to keep the bill down which was really helpful. On top of that the team at L.A.D.S then worked with me to help make it a bit more affordable; very much appreciated. Now bring both our vehicles for regular service as well. Service is excellent every time. It’s obvious customer service and getting it done right is important here - rare these days.

I messaged LAD's at 8pm on facebook and expected an answer in the morning and yet someone actually replied and was able to fit in my mom's flex the next morning. They even were able to find and fix a problem my mom was having for the last year or so that her regular mechanic couldn't and did it in 1 day. I recommend LAD's based on the owner and his wonderful family but now I can 100% recommend them off of experience. They are super friendly there and so helpful. I would recommend LAD's to anyone who asks. Thanks so much for gettting Mom's car ready so we can leave on vacation tomorrow! You all rock!

I couldn't believe that lucked out finding this shop! Dave and his staff are incredibly efficient, understanding of time constraints and very knowledgable . The business is very clean and modern. He got me out of a terrible auto dilemma for 1/3 what a dealership in Calgary was going to minimally charge me Although I do not reside in Calgary or even Alberta, I have told every family member and friend living in Calgary about this shop. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend!

Was able to leave my motor home over the weekend at the service centre. This helped out a lot as I have a long way to go to bring it into the city. Ladd’s looked over my motor home and determined that the issue I thought I had wasn’t visible. I thought I needed a muffler and they determined I did not. Thanks for taking the time to accommodate my needs and then to inspect and recommend that no further action was required. They didn’t charge me! How is that for a great shop!

On my 34 foot 2001 motorhome I had a transmission leak. It turned out to be 2 leaks. Dave the owner came up with an excellent lower cost solution than what a Ford dealer would have. I was very happy with the result and much lower price. I also had a problem with my hydraulic level lifts returning too slowly. LADs figured out what the problem was and Kim did a bunch of searching and calling US suppliers and found some replacement parts a very good price! Thank you LADs!

I was able to order my tires and set up a date for installation. When the day arrived I was shuttled to my job and when some issues arose I was treated with professionalism and respect. The service and attitude of the staff is amazing they are really willing to help. Although it took more time than anticipated the staff went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed that day. Would not hesitate to recommend any work to be done by this shop... well done!!!

Every time I have any type of service done at Lad's Autopro the staff are super friendly and the work is done correctly and on time. If there is any concerns by their mechanics it is brought to my attention promptly and I make the decision to proceed or not, instead of finding out when it's time to pay the bill and there is these extra charges for extra work that has been done on my vehicle. Lad's is a very reputable shop and honest as the day is long.

This is by far the best shop I have dealt with in the city! Good quality work for a fair price with incredible customer service. I thought my first experience was bad luck and gave them a second chance regrettably, This time I dropped 3! tires to be mounted and balanced off a vehicle and was given a 235 dollar bill meanwhile the shop down the street quoted me 125 and could do it the next day but I needed it done faster. Well I paid almost double for not even speedy service as I didn’t get the tires back till the next day regardless. Terrible value.

The service I received was the best from the initial phone to make an appointment to picking up my vehicle. LADS made the whole process easy. Offering a ride to work, getting a txt on the work that needed doing, the price was fair, getting a call the vehicle was ready, offering me a ride back. On top my van had clean mats and a wash! Highly professional team. I will be a repeat customer!

I had L.A.D.’s recommended to me by a friend who is a red seal journeyman mechanic but no longer in the trade. Needless to say they were exceptional at diagnosing my problem and providing a quick and efficient fix. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and honest and I am glad I have found a mechanic I can trust and rely on for all my future servicing and required work.

This is a great auto repair shop. It's immaculately clean, employs friendly competent staff, and is well managed. Today I had them install a vehicle immobilizer system and a day-time running light kit on my truck, as required to import it to Canada. They completed the work within the estimated time and quoted price. I would highly recommend them!

I recently had my truck into the shop here a couple times for repairs, and had a great experience each time. I mainly dealt with Courtney and she is awesome! Also, I first went to Ford for an estimate for the repairs, and LADS was a fraction of the price. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a shop.

I cannot say enough about LAD's Auto. I have only had one experience there (so far) and I was absolutely blown away. The attention to detail, level of cleanliness and organization within the shop is like nothing I have ever seen. From routine maintenance to installing aftermarket parts, LAD's will now be my go to shop.

I took my 2005 lancer to LAD's for a transmission axle seal leak(the leak was reported by another mechanic shop during an oil change). Offered me shuttle service and the price for fixing the part and changing the transmission oil was average(no gouging which I obviously I liked). Customer service was good all around.

When you find an automotive repair facility you trust, you stay with it. LAD’s is one of those automotive repair facilities with outstanding customer service, quality of work and very reasonable pricing. I have recommended LAD’s to friends and colleagues, many of whom have become regular repeat customers like myself.

This company came as a referral and I couldn't be happier. They back up their 'issues' list with photos to help ensure the vehicle owner is aware of what's going on. I've taken both my vehicles to Lad's and have received tremendous service from both Dave and Matthew. I had a rock chip on my windshield which they replaced at no charge on a routine oil change service. These guys are great. I recommend their shop to anyone in need of a good trust worthy service!

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and was surprised with the level of detail and quality of service. A really nice touch is the photos of parts recommended for repair. A real bonus was the wash on my truck after the work was completed. I highly recommended LADs.

Everything about my experience with LADs was fantastic! Quick appointment, the girls in the front were amazing, great communication, done when expected. I was in for a wheel alignment and when I picked my truck up it had been washed! Absolutely recommend!!

Really Great Service. Price very reasonable and I highly recommend them. Fixed tail gate, fixed sun roof where tracks had busted, Fixed the actuator in the heater behind the dash and put on mud flaps.

They were very honest, professional and transparent. I didn't have any surprises. They also provided great suggestions for future maintenance with a game plan. The shuttle services is a definite plus.
