The astro turf is very well maintained, and well lit for night games. However there are currently 4 lights missing from the one light. Still enough lighting for night games though. It's an open field so it gets very cold and windy at night. Be sure to pack warm clothes for night games. No public toilet facility, there is a toilet in the locker room though. No door on the 1 toilet in the locker room

It has improved tremendously and its very attracting even to the tourists or people who have not been around for long time in Gugulethu

I like that the field is enclosed and the fields Is well maintained.I watched the game between City kings and Ikapa

As to date 15 March 2019, there are constructions all over the area. Drive with caution.

It is a great place for local activites, would not advise to stay till late for safety.
