I always buy my Nandos fix here and it's always bomb. Hot, delicious and saucy but it's always a guy working the grill. Yesterday I went there and it was a lady working the grill, chicken was dry and unseasoned. But since it's Nandos the Sauce in the bag helped. But they honestly need to bring that griller guy back because that lady looked like she didn't even wanna make the food hence it turned out like that wasn't made with love. Was quite disappointed honestly. Brought the nandos chicken standard low and I love Nando's you know. I visited almost every Nando's in the US and been to a couple in the UK. Have never been disappointed until yesterday was hurt. Please bring back the griller guy for this branch because paying for dry chicken not made with love is not cool.!‍♀️

The cashier gave us the best service. The waitron SoSo, was not happy walking upstairs to deliver food. The rolls were hard and stale and when I asked her she said it was tosted. The food was warm and not hot. It must have laid there for a while before she could bring it . And when we asked for a doggy bag she waited for the next order so she could bring it up which was like after 15 min. We just arrived here on holiday and this was our first impression of Cape town hospitality. Very disappointed in Nandos. Durban Nandos way way better. Capetown big flop.

I am very disappointed, angry to say the least I asked the teller to add extra mild sauce because the meat has a tendency of being dry. Irrespective of my request the meat is extremely dry and burnt it evens has a sour taste because of the burn. I bought a whole chicken with sides I can't even go back because I an far. This is pathetic service while the prices are high.

Bought a milkshake for R35 at Nandos. What a disappointment! Firstly, the ingredients for milkshakes are ice-cream, milk to thin out the ice-cream and the flavourant. Nandos ingredients include ice cubes blended with choc syrup and this mixture is topped up with whipped cream from a can. It tasted like a cocoa smoothie... and not a very good one. Secondly, the size of the "milkshake". The very small plastic cup was filled half way with the "milkshake" substance. Definitely not worth the money.

The food is is great, it's well prepared. The people who serve you are friendly too. There is good view of the city when you are eating. It's a good place to get a quick bite while you are on the go. I would definitely recommend that people try the new drinks on the menu the frosted Granadilla Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade or the Wicked Lemonade. They really good I wasn't disappointed so i hope you will not be disappointed as well.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Two wrong orders delivered. Waited over 3 hours for food. Ran around trying to get hold of customer support, and you can’t bother to even call me back. Now your phone line is down. Your branch has been an absolute let down.

This morning I went to the shop to buy food. The shop opens at 9h30 but the guy who came out exactly 9h30 said they will open in 2 minutes, and I waited until I couldn't wait anymore. I waited until 9h45 for them to open. When I looked through the window, one of the ladies was sitting down chatting with the invisible one, I ask her to open, she said later. I left disappointed and frustrated.

Bad more bad I was so frustrated sitting and waiting for nearly more than a 45min for my sitting meal waiting till they Kingdom come and just went down to the cashier and told her everyone else is getting their meal just think people woe come after me, Nandos reason they gave me because of shift change bad bad bad service

Went to the store and ordered 1/4 chicken and chips and the meal took exactly 30min. Cashier simply brought our food and said thank you and no apology or remorse whatsoever and then I protested. Only then did she say they where defrosting the chicken and that's why it took long. My goodness i was fuming with such service. Is this the Nandos we all love?

In the hustle and bustle of the transport hub in Cape Town, this Nando’s does not disappoint. The staff seemed well trained and executed to perfection. The food was wonderful and the interior well organized. Had a great meal and a good time, worth a visit!

Njoyed my meal here. Just be careful of parking in the no go areas. Was quite surprised to see a traffic officer at that late hr of 19.30. Almost got a ticket for parking on the no parking area. Was so sure it was OK to park there since it was after hrs. Real eye opener indeed

This is by far the worst NANDOS I've EVER been to!!! There is ALWAYS an issue with orders and you wait 10 YEARS for your food, and by the time you get it - its ICE COLD and the food does not look appealing, my chicken wasn't even on the bun when i opened the box!

Chips cold, soggy seems like it was fried way before rest of my order was cooked. My chicken was tough, over ‘steamed’ and just sauce added. Very disappointing meal, Up your game!!

Really bad service. Placed a take away order to the value of R251 and it took more than 1hr to complete the order. When i asked about the order they did not even issue a grill note. It seems as if there is no management strategy here.Poorly skilled staff.

There was a waitress busy cleaning upstairs and the dirty water was dripping on the silver counter where they place orders coming from the kitchen very unhygenic When we asked for tomatoe sauce the lady just shoved it on our table Was not impressed at all

One star is too much. I've been waiting 40 minutes now for my food. The table i found was full of plates and during these 40 min, nobody even came close to clear the used dishes or ask if i am missing something. Thanks, but no thanks for nandos...

Nando's is generally overpriced, but they make up for that price with deep, rich flavour in their chicken and with a menu , I think is representative of contemporary South African culinary trends and a society deeply connected to their cultures.

Busy nandos branch which is right next to trafalgar flower market conveniently situated for the quick lunch in between busy work meetings. Find the staff super friendly. Waiting time for food prep can be a bit slow.

I asked for extra sauce and instead my chicken comes dry, I ask the lady that she adds sauce to my chicken which she bluntly refuses and instead gives me sachets telling me about nandos policy that doesn't exist

Suggestion- They should keep their tables clean at all times and also have restrooms in the restaurant. Its a mission to get to their public toilets in the mall.

It's in the neighborhood of Long Street. You may not feel comfortable in this area of Capetown. But it is still Nandos at its best.

Sometimes they play their reggae music at an ear splitting volume but for the most part the ambiance is viby and the food is good.
